Applebee’s

ive been a fan of applebees happy hour for a long time, I constantly go with my girlfriends but we have never experienced such horrible service, we ordered appetizers and drinks, when our appetizers arrived we asked for utensils and napkins we ate our food with our fingers after asking 2 waitresses no one brought us any, asked our waitress yolanda for some refills we ordered another round of appetizers and she didn’t remeber she brought them to us when she brought the check. I will NEVER go back here again ill drive to lancaster.

I actually like Applebee’s, the happy hour prices are great (: I like the one in Palmdale better because it’s more space. The one on K is kind of crammed up but other than that I’m happy (:

Our server was very friendly but for whatever reason, it took almost 40 minutes to get our food. When we walked in we thought, this is great they aren’t busy. We placed our order and noticed that people who came in after us were being served. Our waiter said they are finishing up your order. It was another 15 + minutes before we got our food. It was slightly cool and tasteless. I remember now why we hadn’t been back there. The 2 stars is for the cleanliness and the friendly waiter.

I would maybe give it a 2.5 stars. First when we went in and you could clearly see there was available seating but it still took five or more minutes to be seated. Food was okay, and service was alright. It took them long to refill our drinks and they only asked maybe once how we were doing. Honestly it was not worth the wait or food. I will probably not be going back anytime soon. Why because for a place where I paid so much, I’d expect better service.

From the moment we walked in the dining experience was excellent. Our server came and greeted us and had our drinks to our table with just minutes. She gave us plenty of time to look over the new items and the food arrived within just a few more minutes.
This lunch with my crew was on a Thursday at 1:30 p.m. We were a party of 6 and our server had help from the manager and an assistant. Our glasses were never empty and everybody said their menu choice was great. I am a bacon fan (who isn’t). The triple bacon burger is awesome. The beef is plentiful and super flavorful. Obviously loosely handformed… with real bacon bits inside, bacon strips on top, with cheese. Very friendy service.
Will we return again? Absolutely! And soon! like tomorrow… lol.

I had Ashley H. as a server and she was absolutely great! She was some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. The food was also really good today. I will probably be back soon.

Great happy hour! Cant beat their drink prices. Okay food. I like the happy hour wonton tacos! They have burger specials on Mondays too!

I love this place. I come to the bar a lot because it has a great happy hour. Its starting to get that «Cheers» feeling because its always the same people at the bar. I like that. Wonton tacos are a must! I promise you!

I have worked in the restaurant business and many customer service years, but I have never ever received such horrible service! When we had just came to this location, my bartender was great! (Thank you) too bad she left and we were with a shitty bartender don’t remember his name, I mean he never introduced himself anyways. When I spoke to the manager, she really had the audacity to blame the first bartender for wanting to leave, and that was the reason for the be bartenders CRAAAAAAPPY service. I was a bartender, and to make those tips you better smile and hustle because you are getting judged by everything you do! *JUST A TIP*
I personally left the tab as is, my 80.00 check w/​o a tip. I would’ve tipped my first bartender, but I knew they wouldn’t give it to her. Just know I got you next time!

Went to the new Applebee’s in Lancaster, Ca. On 10^th west. I am on crutches due to a knee replacement, as I am walking to my table a male server cuts me off I almost fall, and one of the hostesses laughs I look at her and said you think that’s funny? She just chuckled we left I will not be back. I can not believe you treat handicapped people so rudely.

–Parking lot was clean
–Host opened the door upon entry
–Chose a seat at the bar, greeted and offered a drink even before being seated
–Decided to try the potstickers appetizer, could have been warmer and the potstickers tasted like they were a bit over cooked and dry
–General friendliness of staff was enjoyable
–Might consider me back for a dinner service if in the local area again

Our most recent visit to Applebee’s was somewhat of an accident. My family and I planned to go to another restaurant for a late dinner only to find that our first choice closed fairly early. I quickly found my second choice (thanks to Unilocal), this Applebee’s, which I haven’t been to in a while. Applebee’s is open late, which helped with our decision.
Before coming, we made a phonecall to this location, verifying their hours of operation. Also of great importance was the selection of meals for kids since my youngest has a serious food allergy to gluten products. We spoke with the manager, Amie, whom was extremely friendly, patient, and informative. The decision was made.
My goodness, what an enjoyable visit we had. Upon arrival, a very friendly employee opened the door for us, greeted us, and immediately seated us in a cozy corner booth. After being seated, the manager (Amie) came over and talked with us for a few minutes, answering our questions and highlighting some of the great options on their menu.
We all browsed through the menus for a bit, and then our waitress, Haylee, came over with an equally friendly greeting. Haylee was awesome; she was super friendly, informative, and patient. We all ordered our meals, and the efficient staff quickly delivered all our plates.
All of the food was magnificent, the service was superb, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Check out all my photos for more details.
So what I thought was an accident — that we missed our first option for dinner — turned out to be a truly awesome experience. We all loved Applebee’s, and we’ll definitely have to come back here more often.
If you haven’t gone to Applebee’s in a while, like us, I’d say it’s time to go back!

I can’t believe I’ve never been here for happy hour! They have a few appetizers for half price and MANY more drink options, most for under $ 4. I’m not sure if it was this location only, but at least the late night happy hour (9 to close) isn’t limited to the bar area. I love having this option so you can relax with your group without having to sit at the bar. Our waitress was super attentive and didn’t lead us astray with any of her recommendations ~ I wish I would have gotten her name.
My favorite app was the won ton chicken tacos. We had several orders! Boneless wings were pretty good too.
I’ll definitely return!

I just recently went and had dinner with a friend and was very pleased with the service from the door being opened for me by the hostess to the being seated and having a perfectly well trained waitress with common sense. She knew exactly when to bother us and when not to. She brought our check without asking and brought back our finalized bill quickly. The food was good and reasonable. If they had issues in the past, they must of listened. I say given em a try I think you won’t cry.

I ordered The I Triple Hog Dare You. It was severely lacking HOG! Can you say unethical marketing?

Service was great! We had Karina M as our server, she did a great job recommending food she was fun and nice, the service was great. We’ve never been to Applebee’s and we had a great experience, the food is worth the price and it taste really good. We would definitely come again. We also got the apple chimi cheesecake, which I recommend. We ordered off the special menu and it’s a good deal with a good selection.

We’re regulars at this place Food is delicious and well priced Servers are usually on top of things The 2 for $ 20 & 2 for $ 25 menu are great deals

The last time we came here which was probably 6 months ago the food was good, service was good.
However the time around was horrible. I think it may be under new management. They had very little staff, the hostess looked disheveled and she was the one cleaning the tables, which is probably why there were so many tables that were not cleared. the table we sat at was sticky and felt like it hadn’t been wiped down.
We came in on a Friday at 3pm so it wasn’t even rush hour. It took 15 minutes for 1 of the 3 waiters in the whole restaurant to take our drink order. Then we placed our order and it took another 45 minutes to get burgers and chicken tenders. The food was only meh, nothing great and nothing worth wasting time and money on.
So save yourself some cash and go elsewhere. You’ll be much happier.

Been coming here for 6 months every Wednesday and they have given us great service, cook is good on this day waitress is awesome she knows how she is !
