I’ve been going to Nancy’s nails in palm harbor for a couple of years now. I love all the people that work in there. They make you feel at home and like long time friends. Nancy will make sure everything is done correctly and make sure you are comfortable. I will have a problem with in grown toenail and I must say, I’ve never gotten one since I’ve been going to Nancy. She really knows what she is doing. They have new massage chairs which is a plus. Hope to see you at Nancy’s!

And this place went from 5 stars to –5 stars with the shitty customer service from the manager, Amanda. Nails were chipping within hours of getting them painted. I came back to get them fixed and she said they chip in a few days. What part of ‘hours’ didn’t you understand?! I picked out a new color so this wouldn’t happen again. She told me she would charge since it was considered a polish change. They are taking it all off anyways but are making me use the same color. Someone needs to teach Amanda American customer service skills. She highly lacks them and has been snotty with me before. I only come here because of a single nail tech. Amanda is just itching to drive away a customer who has been coming here over 2 years.

Walked in and had quick service. The staff is very friendly and offered water, however I got a pretty expensive set of nails. Acrylic gel manicure which are thicker than I’m used to and three of my fingers were cut during the filing, the nails aren’t all the same size & the alcohol burned my cuts. I’m used to at least having lotion put on my hands after with a slight hand massage. But every place does it different. It looks decent for an impulsive set. I’m new to the area and i think I’ll try some other places.

i went to this pkace cuz my sister is always telling me how much she likes this particular nsil place so i went. The staff were nice, the manager lady was very attentive all the ladies were friendly. they were gentle yet gave really good massages. went there for a plain simple manicure and french pedi. Great job, they were not in a rush (but they werent busy at the time) and their art work looked great. there were two of us and the charges were reasonable.

Friendly staff. No frills salon, but nice and clean with brand new pedi chairs. The owner Nancy is a sweetheart and does a great job on my nails as they all do. I always feel welcome and appreciated unlike a few other fancier places around that seem to care less about my business. Nancy’s is the only place I go to now!

Worst salon in Palm Harbor.
Nancy the owner was talking badly about other local nail salon owners to me when I was getting my nails done. Which was the worst shellac manicure I’ve ever had. I will never go back there.

Great price. Great Service. Great People. This is a small nail salon that deserves to be promoted! They were focused on making sure everything was best for my nail health. They make you feel welcomed and relaxed. Whatever it is: manicure, acrylics, gel, pedicures, eyebrows… They’re my new home base!
