Noël R… you really need to take a class on how to run a business… Your bagels are good… but… only when you have them… and your help always has a sour puss on their face… and I get the impression your help can’t wait to lock the door and get out of there everyday @300 or sooner… Try to buy any type of bagel or bialy after 12:30 or 1 o’clock and you get very few choices… You should be in you deli and see how many customers walk out between these hours without buying anything because you don’t want to prepare more bagels after 100pm… Get with it buddy… your either in the bagel biz or not… and apparently your not… do you self a favor and sell your store to someone that want’s to be in the bagel biz…

Great service! I came from Ny-Nj and cannot find bagels like back home. But the closest ones I can find are here. These bagels are nothing short of delicious! I would recommend time and time again.

Meh. At the cornerstone of a bagel joint is the bagel itself. These bagels are not very good. They are much like store bought ones. Secondly the coffee was of poor quality. I ordered the egg bagel on jalipino it was just OK. They people were very friendly that worked there.

Great authentic bagels, but horrible undrinkable coffee Otherwise this place would be a five star

I was in Palm Desert and craving an authentic bagel for breakfast. This place was only ten minutes away and seemed legit. We decided to check it out since they have a large selection, and lo and behold they have sun dried tomato bagels — my version of the holy grail of bagels. Needless to say, I bought half a dozen. They’re quick to make the orders and fairly priced so I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town.

Solid 4 stars if your in the mood for either a bagel n cream cheese or a breakfast bagel. The bagels were soft and flavorful and they do not skimp on the cream cheese… Better grab a couple extra napkins. Also great choice of bagels and other sandwich and salad selections. Hey now

Woahhh talk about bagels! This joint has it all — cranberry, onion, jalapeño cheddar abs pretty much any other bagel your heart desires. I ordered the salad sandwich on wholegrain everything bagel. Absolutely huge serving with crunchy fresh veg and thick cream cheese. Comes with a side of potato salad and home made pickles.

We come here every morning while in Palm Desert for Bialys & coffee. The coffee should be hotter but the food is great. Not expensive at all and extremely accommodating. We now come for take out only for the best bagels in all of the Palm Springs area.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a toasted everything bagel. The bagel itself is great, chewy without being tough, but also light and airy, not too dense like a store bought bagel. The everything toppings were nice, mainly poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and toasted onions. The bacon and eggs weren’t anything spectacular, but sat nicely with the cheese(cheddar) and made for a tasty combination with every bite. Eggs were unseasoned but the salt from the bacon and toppings were sufficient. Coffee was nice, could have been stronger. I don’t come here often but when I do I’m never disappointed.

I’m from new York so I don’t know about the new York part but they are good. The service is ok but not great. It fit the bill and would come back again

I ordered a toasted garlic bialy with garlic cream cheese but it was served a bit cold. I returned it and asked for it to be heated and the lady told me she would have to make me a new one. I told her tojust put it in the microwave for 15 seconds and it was just perfectly warm.

Yesterday, we went there and I got my favorite bagel, cranberry. The bagel was so good that I almost didn’t need the cream cheese. The ambiance is not the greatest and it is partly because of it’s location. It’s right on Hwy 111 and if you are not careful, you might drive right by it. This place needs to be spruced up a bit.

Picked up a Multi-Grain Bagel(1.10) yesterday to test it out. (With Cream Cheese(1.15 extra)) Delicious! Passes the official New York Bagel Testing Assessment. Free easy parking in front. Sit outside or inside. Watch the 111 traffic go by. Atmosphere – not welcoming. Maybe put a big screen TV in there or music to pump it up – it needs some juice!(Not the OJ kind.)

My friend took me to this local shop that I probably would have never found on my own. She raved that every time she and her husband came to Palm Desert they stopped her for bagels. Her husband is a carb lover and knows his bread so I had to give this place a try. I ordered the lox sandwich on a super jalapeño bagel. The ratio of cream cheese, lox, and veggies was perfect! The bagel has a great texture. crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. We got here later in the morning, around 9:30, and it was pretty dead. I am sure it is a different story on the weekends. A great inexpensive breakfast or lunch spot if you are in the area.

While preparing for my wedding in La Quinta a few weeks ago, I wanted to treat all the people helping us get ready for our day by picking up some bagels, muffins, spreads and coffee. Trying to find a place in the area that sold loose bagels was quite a feat. I found a few places that wanted to sell me bagel sandwiches, but not loose bagels. Finally, I found this place which was as close to a NYC bagel shop as I could expect to find. The girls that worked there were nice. It was a hustle and bustle kind of place. Very fast paced, but professional and friendly. I bought a bakers dozen, 2 spreads and a few muffins. They didn’t have bulk coffee though. You could only buy a cup a a time in there. I needed something like a ten-cup box like they sell in Dunkin Donut, but no such luck. The bagels and muffins were really good. they were fresh and had that ‘chew’ that makes a good bagel, good. I would absolutely go back if I lived in that area.

Food is great however customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The young lady at the cash register on Monday 3÷16÷2015 at 9:00am was about as rude to me as it gets. Management needs a lesson on customer service. You never know who is walking in your door. Everyone should be treated with respect and the snobby attitude of this young woman would be unacceptable in my business. Train your staff that the customer brings the business and spreads the word whethe it is good or bad. I am shocked. Or perhaps you could pay more for people who care. There are plenty of othe places to buy bagels… good grief. I’ll pass on this shop ue to this awful experience.

The bagel’s in this place are epic! I had the Lox Sandwich which was delicious and wasn’t overpowered by too much red onion. The price are fantastic and they have a lot of great bagels to chose from.

I ordered the lox sandwich on and onion bagel with the Tijuana hot cream cheese and it was divine! I also added capers! Yum!!! I have to admit that $ 10 a sand which is kind of pushing it but you won’t find a cheaper lox sandwhich in the valley. Unfortunately my only complain would be their closing hours. I got there around 3:40 so it was just a few minutes before they closed, other than that it was great! The girl was really helpful too! Didn’t catch her name!

Super expensive … 10 bucks for a bagel sandwich &6 for a breakfast bagel. ONLY other grip besides $$$$ is the one fountain refill for your drink … I never need more than one refill but come on, your already jacking up the prices for the bagel spread. otherwise the food was delicious. Everything tastes fresh, bagel choices are a fun way to create your own paradise in your mouth. Small patio, dog friendly. small area inside to eat too … Very casual setting for small 2 – 3 ppl groups or on the go.
