Just left JM. Ordered the #9. They had just ran out roast beef. So I’m thinking great I get some new meat on my sandwich. Wrong I get crumbs of the first nasty slice, second slice not much better, finally third size is good. Moral story don’t get the first part of that new meat.

I have never been to a Jersey Mike’s before, but gotta say they make some really delicious sandwiches, has become one of my favorite sandwich shops.
Why go to subway when there is this place around?
Fresh ingredients make for a delicious sandwich. try the Italian sub Mikes way, awesome!
The only criticism I have is that although the staff was friendly and had smiling faces, they were very slow, which kept the line from moving.

I love Jersey Mike’s, I find one in every city I go. The food is consistently good. This store meets that expectation.
The reason I gave 3 stars is due to service, and cleanliness of the store. When I got here every table was dirty, and there was some trash on the floor. I had time to kill between work and a meeting and I have been here for over an hour. In this time not one person has come out to clean the dining room! I am afraid to check the bathroom if this is how they treat the eating area. The staff seems more concerned with talking and flirting with the pretty girl that was here that providing a clean environment, or custom service. I can’t say these things will prevent me from coming back, but they are definitely not acceptable. Management are you listening?

Buffalo sauce was thin, soupy, and not very good. Sandos were supposed to be ready in 10 mins. for pickup, but came in closer to 15 – 20 mins. and they were still not ready so had to wait. Meh.

This is the best sub place I have ever had and I’m not a huge sub/​sandwich person to say the least. I said bye bye to subway the moment my boyfriend and I tried this place! Actually subway will never be able to compare to place like this! Try any cold cut sub «Mikes way». My boyfriends favorite is the tuna sandwich «Mikes way» and I always get their turkey sandwich with Swiss cheese «Mikes way». I’ve had their philly cheese steak sandwich and it was good but I prefer cold subs. Also if you do end up liking their food, join their rewards points club because the points get you some great deals! Aside from they’re great subs, this place carries TASTY CAKES! These sweet treats can only be found in a couple of locations here in California because they’re from the east coast. Jersey Mikes is a wonderful addition to this Palm desert shopping center. Oh and Karla always makes the best sandwiches!

I’ve been here a few times and must say that the food is pretty good. Having lived in South Jersey, I believe the sandwiches are authentic to that region of the country.
The service has been adequate on previous visits, however today was just not good at all. Had to wait and wait due to my «ticket» being misplaced. If I hadn’t gone back to the counter to inquire how much longer it was going to be, I’d still be waiting. It appeared they had one or two trainees working that just were not ready for prime time. I am willing to give them another try.

It was my first time in to this new little strip mall sandwich spot and Brandon really went above and beyond trying to make my experience great.
I wish I could say that it was, because he did a great job, but the food was disappointing. The bread was way too big for the amount of chicken and toppings they put in it and the chipotle chicken was seriously lacking in flavor. I’m big on really good bread when it comes to sandwiches and theirs was just not good. I’ll try a cold sandwich if I ever go back in and hopefully will have more success. The cookie was yummy though!

DIRTY DIRTY place !!! I went to this deli this afternoon and I was disgusted to find them serving people with their dogs inside the Dali and what freaks me out the dog while carried by his owner was sniffing food served on subway !

The staff was so nice and outgoing Lester and Murriah are chill ! The subs were good too. I work at a jersey mikes and they were just as awesome! :) I usually get the #13 but I replace the boiled ham with roast beef and add bacon and it’s just amazing!

The food here was ok although they don’t really ask you what you want in a sandwich or don’t let you know that they are going to put onions. My sub had so much onion on them. Customer service was bad I had ordered to go three subs and they only told me when two were ready while the other one was just sitting there I waited 10 minutes and nothing. Long lines and not fast enough.

I’ve never been much of a sandwich person but my boyfriend really wanted to try this place, so I indulged him… and I’m so glad I did. We ordered the Big Kahuna with Chipotle mayo and the traditional Meatball sub. The sandwiches were amazing! The bread was fresh and had the perfect amount of chew (you could tell it was actually fresh… in other words the anti-​subway bread) and the meat was so flavorful in the Big Kahuna and the meatballs were huge and so yummy in the Meatball sub. Plus they gave me a free brownie for signing up for the sandwich club, and it’s one of the softest, most delightful brownies I’ve ever had. I even went back for lunch on Tuesday and bought brownies for my whole office. And now we’ve already been back twice since and we just tried it, for the first time, last week! I highly recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a great sub. And you’ll see why no one misses Port of Subs at all!

The Philly cheese steak is good but the chicken bacon not great. The price i think is high you can get cheaper but its clean and nice in there and the employees are really nice. i tried the desserts and didn’t like them but i overheard, another person talk about how great they are and you cant find hem out here in Cali. maybe that my issue I’m a Cali girl…
