I expected this place to be busy when I arrived without reservations on a Saturday night. I mean what restaurant in PBG isn’t during season. We asked for a table inside as the live music outside was way way to loud for dinner conversation. And I’m not a member of the AARP. We stopped a the inside bar which was deserted as everyone else was outside. It still took 15 minutes to get a drink and they were unable to make one drink as they had no bitters. We got the the table and were quickly approached by our waiter. Once we ordered, salads came quickly and then it was 45 minutes before we were served dinner. The Shrimp Francese came out piping hot but was served over a bed of linguine. It made the light batter on the shrimp soggy and gooey. It really had little flavor. The veal piccata came out barely hot and was lacking flavor and basically forgettable. The only dish that was worth the trip was the rigatoni ala vodka. It was hot, creamy and the pasta was done perfectly. Don’t really need to go back.

BESTPIZZAEVER! The«special» pizza is just perfect. It seems difficult to find the perfect pizza in Miami, so when my gparents suggested we try Zuccarelli’s, we were pleasantly surprised. The antipasti was the best I have ever had, the soup was delicious, the drinks were strong, the pasta was all whole-made and outstanding… the live entertainment was fun for us all! This is just an all around perfect, quaint Italian restaurant in a strip mall! I wish they would move further south and open one here in The Gables. Please oh please! From now on when we go to WPB, we will stop in at Zuccarellis!

Yum to everything. Their tomato sauce is the best, simple and delicious. Love the calzones, Italian sandwich on focaccia(order it toasted!) And the Veal Valdosta is unforgettable. Best tiramisu around as well. Say hi to owner Olimpia Z she is always there keeping an eye on things. Been Zucc’s customers for over 25 years.

The hubby and I came here for dinner on a Sunday night. There was no wait and we had a seat outside given the nice summer breeze. First impressions were good: good ambiance with the hanging Christmas lights, water fountain, and a playlist of Italian hits. Positives: — The portions are GINORMOUS. — The bread is warm! Comes with olive oil with chopped pieces of garlic. Yum. — The Seafood Scampi had a nice flavor after I added some pepper and red pepper flakes. There were generous amounts of fish filets, HUGE prawns, scallops, and some muscles & clams. Negatives: — I felt like I had to ask for a lot of things. I had to ask for bread, water refills, pepper, spoon for my pasta entrée, a new plate since mine was dirty. The waitress didn’t offer grated parmesian like most Italian places do. — The Shrimp Rughetta looks really good on paper, but when it came out, it had very little flavor. Maybe that’s a good thing if you’re looking for something on the lighter side. At least the prawns were huge. — The attentiveness of the wait staff is directly correlated to the amount of money you’re spending.

My boyfriend and I went to Zuccarelli’s last night(Thursday) and it was an absolutely amazing experience. First of all, on Thursday nights, there is a Frank Sinatra-sounding gentleman who sings in the courtyard. You’re free to request songs, get up to dance, etc. Our waiter was extremely attentive and the food was quite delicious. We split two appetizers: mussels and calamari and split an entrée: chicken parmigiana. The table nearby was a group of six, three couples in their 50’s. They were really very nice people, most visiting from Connecticut. They actually sent over some wine for me and my boyfriend, later telling us how«in love» we looked — and wished us the best. It was really just an all-around pleasant experience. If you can go on a Thursday to enjoy the live music — definitely do!

Service was good but somewhat slow. Food was delicious(veal marsala and chicken cacciatore) and plentiful. Atmosphere was PERFECT… Outside listening to the jazz trio.

Residents of South Florida love to share their opinions about food! Indeed, we are an opinionated bunch. I had the pleasure to sample some of Zuccarelli’s Italian Cuisine during their Venetian Themed Italian Festival. Yes, the Pizza, the Gelato, and Tiramisu were all wonderful. However, a couple items really stood out. The Pasta Shells with Pears and Gorgonzola Cream was extraordinary. The dish had a delicious combination of the unique flavor of gorgonzola cheese and the sweetness of fresh pears. Not only was it a pleasant change from most pasta dishes, but it was a great opportunity for Zuccarelli’s to take advantage of the last of the great pears. The Romantic Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms was divine. The chicken was easy, moist, flavorful and aromatic — the white wine, artichokes and mushrooms won my heart. It was light yet satisfying and yet good for a chilly evening. The Buena Vista Pinot Noir hit the spot. The structure was perfect. It contained hints of cherry, blackberry, and earthy spice. The wine was also served in a classy glass by a friendly bartender. In sum, Zuccarelli’s is your perfect neighborhood restaurant to dine with your family or with your friends. In regard to the food, you feel as if you discovered a diamond in the midst of multiple layers of endless South Florida imitation Italian food. Zuccarelli’s is located at: PGA Commons @ 5530PGA Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens.

Our first time here last night., what a meal to remember!!! The ambiance was great. We sat at a quaint curved booth by the bar. The attentiveness of the staff was on par and genuine! I had the Veal Osso Buco that literally melted in my mouth! My fiancé had a bow tie pasta with a pink marinara which had homemade sausage in it… simply heaven!!! The waiter gave us nice wine pairings and the Tiramisu for dessert capped the evening off with a bang! Our new favorite place! Believe the previous review… if you were invited to a friends house for Italian this is what it would be like!

We had a great dinner here last night… The food is amazing. The calamari is nice and light and the entrees were super(we had the linguine with clam sauce, chicken scarpariel and the frutta de mare) We took our desserts to go, but they look amazing. The only downside was some confusion over the wine. We ordered a bottle not knowing there is one that costs twice as much by a similar name. We were served the more expensive bottle by accident. We felt bad sticking the waiter with the difference and paid the higher price. Going back again this week… Otherwise a great place to go… I will be back
