I love the reviews written by people whom just scored fantastic deals. I felt the same way after visiting and purchasing several frames and home items at Kirkland’s. However, I am OVER It. Let’s just talk about a few of the frames I purchased. The first one I got for $ 13. It’s a collage and so cool– great deal right? Well, the guy in the store helped me put it in my car and the glass broke. The glass in their frames are very very thin. They didn’t have another of the same frame to replace it. I liked it so much, I took it anyway. They gave me an additional $ 2 off… gee thanks. It cost me $ 25 to replace the glass. The best part about this story is the guy who helped me bring it out to the car said, «well, since I saw it happen, we’ll take it back.» Really? That was pretty funny.
Skip to frame number two– glass shattered, but this time I brought it back for a refund. No way was I going to go through the trouble of bringing it to a glass shop and paying more than double what I payed for it to have it replaced! Luckily, the girl who took it back was very friendly, asked me no questions and refunded my money.
On to frame number three which is much smaller in size. I just picked it up ten minutes ago, to put a photo in it and it completely fell apart. The frame literally fell apart. My husband will try to put it back together. At least the glass didn’t shatter!
I also have one more smaller frame that doesn’t sit right. I have to prop something up behind it.
Ever hear, «you get what you pay for». don’t get overly excited about their sale prices. And if you do purchase large sized frames, make sure the backs are secure and the little «nails» are in place. The two frames I bought where the glass broke, the backing wasn’t even secured in place. How does that happen?

We were looking for a wall mirror to hang in our newly remodeled bathroom and had a hard time finding anything that would fit at a reasonable price. Kirkland’s had a decent selection, all marked down 50% from the sticker prices. When we got to the register, it was marked down even further — a pleasant surprise. They have a lot of nice home furnishings and decorations, and we’ll be sure to be back.

Again, this is a store I have frequented in my own area of Coral Springs but my eyes popped out of my head when I visited the vastly LARGER store in Palm Bch. This is the greatest store around for impossible to find ONE OF A KIND items! From unique furniture, clocks, wall pieces, nick knacks, vases, mirrors, flower arrangments, lamps, designer throw pillows, shams, decorative acessories, candles and art deco frames, the prices are dead GIVEAWAY. I would liken it to an upscale (Tuesday Morning) if you have ever shopped there? It is no understatement to say that I have practically furnished my home here over the years.
