The BEST cold dessert place in the northern Palm Beaches! I have been here on 3 different occasions and can confirm that their customer service is consistently amazing. They go above and beyond to cater to their customers and are very personable. Kudos to whoever is in charge of management. They have a membership program that have great promotions. Even when I forgot that I signed up for it, they informed me that the gelato my boyfriend and I bought is BOGO free.
The cleanliness is also top notch. No sticky surfaces anywhere, unlike most ice cream places. They have a large variety of gelato that makes it nearly impossible to decide on. I commend them on keeping the gelato at a perfect temperature and keeping the display eye-​appealing!
I usually get the Stracciatella flavored gelato and can’t break away from it. However, the affogato (gelato with espresso) is to die for! I got chocolate hazelnut with the espresso. I attached a photo. Looking forward to trying it with salted caramel next time. Will recommend this place to everyone!

We stopped by a recent night to pick up some gelato.
A ton of flavors including Pumpkin for the season. Every seemed to enjoy the decent size portions.
I liked the mint more than the salted caramel. But you can get two flavors so it’s all good.

Excellent gelato! Driving again to go there. Good service, and delicious ice cream. what else do you need?!

The best– i love every flavor I’ve tried so far my favorites being birthday cake, hazelnut and Nutella. The staff is also very nice and they are fast, so you’re not stuck in line too long.

We had a choice of two flavors in the regular size cup. This was more than enough to satiate our need for gelato.

Delicious gelato made fresh at the shop. Best in South Florida! Tastes the same as I does in Italy. The cakes look delicious. Good service, too. Sampled several flavors and liked them all.

Chocolate hazelnut gelato and the Nutella gelato we’re both delicious. They let you try several flavors so that you can decide later. It is nice that they are open late and it was quite busy when we went

Stopped here randomly while driving to south Florida on Memorial Day. It was 9pm so I was surprised to find a dessert place open so late. Conveniently located right off 95 in front of the PGA mall.
We tried the lemon sorbet and stracciatella gelato. The stracciatella gelato is otherworldly. It’s plain gelato with flakes of chocolate that simply melts in your mouth. The lemon sorbet is also amazing and so refreshing.
So glad we found this place! Can’t wait to stop by on our frequent trips from south Florida to the treasure coast.

The absolute freshest delicious awesomest gelato in Palm Beach County we’ve tried many gelato places from Boca to Stewart and this is by far above the Best.
They make the gelato on site staff is always friendly you get plenty of samples of everything.
Tonight is waffle cone and nuts hello with hazelnuts. And banana caramel and peanut butter.

Made in house, this gelato is the best! Lots of great flavors, both traditional and new. And they are open late for dessert.

It was very crowded and chaotic. They let people take tastes of different flavors which is nice but made the wait twice as long. Then some people walked away without buying anything after all of the tasting. I ordered the banana with chocolate drizzle, I forgot the name of it. The chocolate is the best part, I’ve had it before. I specifically asked to make sure their was some chocolate in it. Not ONE piece was in it. I just had plain banana gelato. Needless to say it wasn’t good. They really need better customer service.

Gelato is great the nasty service is not. If it wasn’t for it being the closest thing to Italian gelato I would never stop in on my trips south.

Had the fresh made Banana Bocelli! Awesome! Staff was super friendly! And this place is conveniently located to my hotel AND it’s open til 11pm on Fri & Sat! Score!

Mom and pop shop without the friendliness. Gelato is not that great, and the employees just scowl at you. Not a smile to be seen. Like they’re doing you a favor by showing up everyday. You’ll be happier at pretty much anyplace else.

SKIP IT! I am conflicted in writing this review because the gelato is delicious. The problem is with everything else. My wife and I went there after dinner and there were quite a few people ahead of us. It took like what seemed forever to finally get to the front and the fellow behind the counter motioned me to come around the corner to the cashier area. He wanted to know how many gelatos we were getting and what size so that we would pay him before he waited on us. I was surprised by this pettiness and explained that we did not know how many and what size until we tasted a sample or two. My wife was debating whether to order one and I was not sure which size I wanted. Meanwhile people were filing into the store and the line was getting progressively longer. When I saw what was happening I understood why we waited in line so long. My wife wanted a small but they discontinued offering the small size awhile back so the least amount of money that you can spend is $ 5 plus. We finally decided, paid and then got served. As I turned around I saw a huge line. I had to count them. Would you believe there were 26 people in line! I am not exaggerating. I counted them again. Mind you there was only one employee in the store and with this ludicrous policy of paying first and being understaffed the line barely moved. As we finished I heard the people behind us ask for sample tastes. They did not know what they were in for. Oh, did I mention that most of the gelato containers were empty or just had remnants of the gelato? A couple of the trays were even missing. If they are having financial problems and can’t afford to hire more help and stock their product it is no wonder. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where your business is appreciated.

let me just say that i never used to like Gelato. I am more of an ice cream fan. This stuff however is totally different. They have tons of flavors and the texture and consistency of their Gelato is more creamy.
They have an assortment of flavors consisting of fruits, nuts, cakes and more. They also sell great coffee to complement their tasty Gelato treats.
The ordering is very easy! You first buy your cup, small or large. Then, you choose your flavors. Up to 2 flavors for the small and 3 for the large. Who can seriously walk out with a small? my wife is tiny and she even buys the large.
the BEST part about this place is they are open LATE! I am sorry, but this gets me a little hot. Every other place in PBG closes at 9, including Starbucks. What the heck?!

Great Ice Cream, almost as good as the gelato I grew up having in Italy. I said ALMOST lol.
But it is good.
However i wish the prices were not so darn high.
Two small ice creams are $ 11.

Admittedly, this is some very good gelato. There are plenty of flavors from which to choose. Not all are available all the time. I arrived 1 hour after opening and only saw about 15 options. Normally they have close to 30. I personally like pistachio and hazelnut.
At times it can get crowded and the «you pay here first», you order over here second concept seems to fall apart, becoming confusing and chaotic.
Lastly, I will comment on the price hike. A small (1 flavor only) used to be around $ 4.50 or so. They no longer offer a small, but they offer the same size cup with 2 flavors. The bottom line is that you are getting the same amount of gelato as before, but now you are paying $ 5.50 with tax. There is no less expensive option. So obviously I am disappointed with the price hike.
Bottom line, I just won’t frequent them as frequently now because the pricing is getting a bit unreasonable.
But for gelato in this area, this is the go-​to place.

Great gelato, open late & sandwich are really good to. Pricey, but good!
A little disorganized at times though, they couldn’t make me a sandwich because there was only one person working. Is what he told me.
