Excellent breakfast and such a nice surprise! We didn’t expect much but the waitress was so nice and all our dishes were excellent! I had a 2 egg omelet with bacon, spinach and cheese with a few slices of cantaloupe. Delish! My son had the breakfast burrito with the green chile sauce that was amazing, pancakes were great too. Would definitely come back!

Very good food though our service was slow. They lost our ticket they said. The coffee options were a nice find however the pastries are overpriced.

We’re visitors and this place was recommended by a local. Rough and not real clean, but biscuits were fresh made, the sausage gravy and home fried potatoes are the best! We would definitely recon his place and will return.

We tried this place for a late breakfast. I had the huevos rancheros and my partner had scrambled eggs, potatoes, and a pancake. Both of us were disappointed at the lackluster taste of everything. Would not recommend.

1st time here on our first morning of Spring Break ski vacation and this place did not disappoint. My omelette was on the spot and so is the atmosphere. This place screams Colorado and that’s a great thing! People were very nice and the food was priced right and very good. We will be frequenting 2 Chicks and a Hippie for breakfast on our visit to Pagosa Springs!

Stopped here for breakfast. I’ve been here before and love the food. I got the biscuits and gravy plus and my sister got the full order of biscuits and gravy. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. The food came out fairly quickly and everything tastes great. Great coffee. The iced caramel latte was okay. Highly recommend stopping here for breakfast!

Not the best food I’ve eaten but the atmosphere is good and the staff is sweet! A little more pricy than I would have liked for what we got.

Excellent food and nice people. Coffee is excellent and I am not much of a coffee drinker-local brew. Yummy sweets for breakfast! Cannot say enough about how friendly they were.

Cool vibe for a coffee shop. Like the gluten free treats. Would have bought a hat with their logo had I seen one. Or a decal. Wasn’t sure if they had free wifi or not as it didn’t pop up on my phone. It was empty at 5pm on a Saturday but the girl(NOT one of the chicks, but just a «girl») was pleasant. The coffee was good and it is a neat place. My only critique would be a better sound system playing appropriately themed music from the seventies, employees in tie dye and maybe a lava lamp or two. ;)

1 star for service, 5 stars for the food. We waited roughly an hour for our food and we stood awkwardly at the door for about 5 minutes before someone told us where we could sit. The prices are very fair, but it should not have taken so long. There were five people hanging out in the front who needed to be in the kitchen! Our waitress brought us more coffee after waiting for 30 minutes only because we stared at the register. Maybe it was a fluke for us, but don’t go here if you’re in a hurry. It felt like we were waiting on the chickens to lay the eggs we ordered!

Two strikes and your out! First time I went there the portion size was very small, I felt I wasted good money on a lacking meal. But I figured maybe it was a fluke kind of thing. I was soooooo wrong! We went for breakfast, the service was poor at best. Long wait on our food. My guests ordered the biscuits and gravy, I ordered the Fresh Fruit. After my guest were finally served I had to wait on my fruit(must have taken a long time to cook). My order consisted of 5 thin slices of bananas, 2 small strawberries, 3 thin slices of dry apple and 2 small slices of watermelon with seeds. Now I try to have a little class from time to time but, I was not going to eat the melon and spit out the seeds at the table. We will not go back

Went in here starving and looking for a good breakfast. Sat down to wait for a table and two old ladies came in and said they were here first which delayed our meal. I thought after that, that the meal was going to be a let down but the Racho Huevos more than made up for the let down of watching the old ladies eat while we had to wait. I hope their red and green chili is homemade because it was awesome and instead of picking just one I suggest you mix them together. You will not regret it.

Solid breakfast option, especially if you have a sweet tooth for their monster rolls or donuts. Very tasty coffee as well. Definite local spot.

Good flavor & gluten free substitutes. Serving portions were a bit on the small side for my husband but appropriate for me. Try pecan roll if they are fresh, YuM! Had the Hippie breakfast which was good price for what it has, two eggs, country potatoes, a sausage(I didn’t want) and two small pancakes(GF). Husband had breakfast burrito without meat, with veggies instead, a side of country potatoes and biscuit. Enjoy.
