I highly recommend working with this company, Todd was able to help my mom find the perfect esthetician bed for her clients and they even came to her salon and installed the bed, very professional. About 2 weeks later we took equipment to their office to be repaired and although it was from a different supplier & manufacturer, their on-site technician was able to repair everything we asked without hassle and very affordable. When we were ready to go, Todd and the technician came out and helped put the equipment back into our car with great care and patience. The best service you can ask for from Spa & Salon Equipment(Skin Act). They have a website to view prices and products , but If you’re local, call ahead and go to their showroom in Pacoima, we have been to their showroom and office in Pacoima and it is the best place around Los Angeles to find equipment for skin care and salons.

She is patient, knowledgeable, and very much into customer care. It’s very rare to find an employee that takes as much interest in their work as ZEP does. I visited Skin Act today to purchase a fe w item and repair a meg light that I purchased a few years back. They were beyond kind. Alex helped me, he tighten a few loose screws in the meg. light and it works perfect. he took me to the show room per my request and I purchased everything I needed, gauze, head caps, oil, hi frequency, and more. He was very kind and helpful. He helped me carried everything to my car, and attended to every request I had. Super service, great equipments and accessories, everything that you need. One stop shop. No charge for the meg light. oh ys, the prices are awesome. highly recommend.

I recently purchased a spa chair and cart from them, and had nothing but problems from start to finish. After checking online for a week to find out the status of my order, since their website just continually said«processing» with no tracking, I emailed asking someone to please give me an ETA on my order. No response. I email them again, once again no response. I call them now, it’s been a week. Apparently, they were holding my order since none of it was actually in stock. You would think they would contact their customers to let them know what the delay is, but not them. So I say, I’m going to cancel whatever isn’t in stock, suddenly they upgrade my chair to one that is in stock(it’s a very minor upgrade in the metal leg big deal) so they cancel the cart since they don’t know when they’ll have it. Fine. Ship the other chair, they said the next day it would ship. Next day arrives, still no shipping notice or online tracking as promised(shocking). I get on the phone again, she says«we have a lot of orders that we are dealing with» yet another example of their stellar customer service. I ask, well is it shipping today, next week what? I was already told it should have shipped. Finally It ships 2 days later, I get it in week. Product arrives. You’d think that would be the end of it, yay, I got my product but no. It get’s even suckier. The shipper of their choosing doesn’t actually deliver it to your door. Yeah, that’s right, and they don’t bother to tell you that you’ll have to figure out how to get it yourself off the street. They just drop it off at the curb and will not even offer to let you use their dolly to move it yourself. I was appalled at every step of the process with getting this order from them. I will never use them again, nor will I ever accept a freight delivery from the joke of a company that they use to ship it R+L shipping, you suck! P. S. I paid $ 167 to have this item shipped to me, it’s not like I was getting free shipping and that was the caveat to free shipping, I paid for that. I paid to have my product just left on the street. Nice. I will never buy anything from them or ever take a delivery from R+L Shipping again either.
