This place has really good reviews on GrubHub so I’ve ordered delivery twice. Both times we’ve gotten the Shrimp Tempura Roll as well as a Bento Box with chicken teriykai, chicken Katsu, and California Roll — all of which was really good. The first time, it was a Sunday late afternoon, the delivery took 40 minutes. The second time, it was late Saturday, it took an hour and a half so my food was room temperature. Sushi is definitely not as good like that, but it wasn’t horrible. I did order at 8:40 and they close at 9:30 so I know it was last minute. Both times, delivery guy was very polite. I’d still order again.

I attempted to eat there again last night. I”ve eaten there one other time because the other sushi place was closed. We were ignored, and they got our order wrong. Delivered everything to our table at different times and really didn’t give a crap about any of it. Small, bland, mediocre portions. DONOTWASTEYOURTIMEORMONEY. When you walk in the door, even if NOONEELSEISWAITING, you are ignored. There is a «please wait to be seated sign». Same experience last night. Walked in, disinterested waitress looks at us, turns and talks to her co-worker who is on the phone. After 2 minutes, I left. Because I thought about last time, the poor attitude and less than appealing food. Dimly lit and completely unfriendly staff. This place should just be shut down. They don’t deserve my $ and I hope you heed this message and don’t give them yours.

We order from this restaurant all the time! The quality is really good(even my picky parents said so regarding their sashimi) and their selection is great if you’re in moods for different things to eat. My husband loves their chirashi bowl and we always order a variety of rolls, sashimi, noodle soups, and curry. We have ordered to go more than 2 dozen times already and it continues to be a great experience.

We went there again last night because Ocean Fish was closed and to be honest the service was the worse than before and they could care less about customers. As Michael Paul said below this place is horrible, run by Chinese and dirty, the only reason they stay in business is because its in Pacifica and you can get away with it. On top of it the place is dirty with wall paper hanging down one wall and anyone who thinks the food is fresh here is used to old sushi.

Omg this place is horrible! I ordered my food delivery and it took them over an hour to get here. Finally when the food got here, I opened it up and something was missing. I ordered a lion king roll(California roll topped with salmon and special sauce. THEREWASNOSAICEONMYLIONKINGROLL! I called to see what happened. They lady didn’t even know what a lion king roll was. I told her that it didn’t come with any sauce on top nor did it come with sauce on the side. She told me that the chefs did… THEROLLWASBONEDRY! She then told me that next that they would give me sauce… WHAT? Where’s is the justice? Where is the customer service? Food wise… All their sushi was dry and cheaply made. Why would you charge so much? Never ordering from this place again… And you shouldn’t either. Thank you for reading

There delivery drivers are very rude i order from them before and the delivery driver was rude so i thought i try again mabe and the same thing they are rude and disrespectful i tip online and the drivers both have told me if im not going to tip in cash to pick it up at the restaurant because the restaurant doesnt give them there tips thats not my fault i will no longer order from here

Go Sushi has changed my mind. And I am changing my review. Their sushi is fantastic, and while it took a number of false attempts to get the delivery order right, they are now the go-to favorite for sushi and delivery dinners. The King of California is great, as is the Rainbow Dragon. Highly recommend. Just call to make sure they get the order instructions right. ;)

ZERO stars. Seriously. Worst service. Extremely tiny portions — ordered $ 70 of food and was left hungry. The cheesecake slice, if you can call it that was not even 1 inch… Also I had a coupon applied to my order and guess what… restaurant UNapplied it!!! Safeway sushi would be a better bet.

Went here around 5pm on a Wednesday. There wasn’t that many people and we got a seat right away. The food is pretty good, smaller sized sushi but decent. Prices are standard for what sushi goes for out here in the area. Average rolls go for $ 11.99 for a more unique roll. I got the honey walnut dragon roll. Service is attentive, kept my tea cup filled. My son and I were satisfied…

What it lacks in atmosphere it makes up with food quality! The menu is pretty expansive, so there’s something for everyone, even those who aren’t nuts about sushi or sashimi. It’s the FRESHNESS you can taste in every item; Some literally melt in your mouth. I recommend the King California Crunch Roll, the Ebi, and the Shrimp Tempura roll!

If I can give zero stars, I would. The waitress with the front bangs is so damn rude. We wanted to order the $ 1 oysters just to try and another waitress took our order. Then she comes back and says it’s $ 10 per person. I asked her if it says that on their menu and she says no. It was obvious the waitress with the ugly front bangs told her to tell us that so that she can receive more tips for her rudeness. So all 8 of us got up and left, after she rudely told us to wait before seating. None of us were even walking to the table and she says, «you need to wait so I can set the table» in such a rude manner. I am so glad we didn’t have to spend our hard earned money at this establishment. Rude servers piss me off the most. To the rude waitress with the ugly front bangs: learn how to treat your customers. Maybe that is why your restaurant was completely empty when we got there. And that’s probably why you don’t make much tips. We would’ve tipped you an extra $ 20 on top of gratuity because we know that we didn’t order much. But whatever, learn how to be respectful because your ugly attitude ain’t getting you anywhere.

6 months ago, my husband got food poisoning from their sushi. I didn’t have sushi, so I didn’t get sick. I called and complained. They didn’t comp his food, instead they offered a $ 20 gift certificate. Really!?! I told the manager it was not necessary because I don’t think we will be ordering there again in the near future. She sent us a coupon anyway. Today I found the coupon in my drawer but it expired 5 days ago. I was craving for hamachi kama, so I called them if it’s okay to use the coupon and had mentioned that it had expired. She asked how much and what color the coupon was and I told her $ 20 and the coupon is pink. She said it was okay and told me to just note it when I place my order online. So, I went ahead and placed the ordered and followed her instructions!(NOTE, WEDIDN’T ORDERANYRAWFISHTHISTIME!) So, my husband went there and picked up the food, but they only applied $ 10 credit to our bill! Now, why would she say it’s fine to use a $ 20 coupon and only apply $ 10??? NOTGOODBUSINESS! Not only that, they did not put my tempura sauce with my order! NO, THEYDIDN’T! SO, I called the restaurant and wanted to talk to the manager and the girl said«sorry, the manager isn’t here». I asked why she said she’d honor the coupon and only apply half of the amount and she said because her manager told her to apply only $ 10. Okay, I thought the manager wasn’t there!!! At this point I WASDONE! We will never order from this place, again!

I ordered food last night from this place for delivery and I will NEVER do it again. It took TWO hours for the food to get to my place and it’s only 15 minutes away… If it weren’t for me calling TWICE… the food would have never gotten to my house. The first time I called, the lady on the phone said the food was ready and wasn’t on it’s way yet and this was after waiting an hour and 15 mins already. I told her to just cancel it and then she put me on hold and then said the food was on it’s way… skeptical. I just said okay. 30 mins later I called again and the food still wasn’t at my place. she said it would be another 10 mins. It wasn’t until two total hours later the COLD sushi was at my place. STAYAWAY. TRUSTME it’s not worth your time.

Great sushi that DELIVERS! I have only ordered from Go Sushi, but every time I have, I am never disappointed. My food comes well-prepared, and it is noticeable that they took care into packing everything for me(i.e making sure the boxes are closed tight with the lids and rubber bands around and drinks are covered completely so it won’t spill during delivery). I have had their sushi a few times and each time, they give you an abundance of soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger. The prices are reasonable and aren’t too expensive compared to other sushi places that aren’t as good of a quality. The overall delivery service is great. The delivery is usually quick and on time. There was one incident where my order didn’t go through and it was over an hour after I placed my order. I phoned in to see what the issue was and the lady was kind throughout the whole process and apologized for the inconvenience. They made sure and recalled to let me know the status of my order up until I received it. I would continue to order from here if I’m ever craving for sushi. Some favorites: –Sake Don –Oishii Roll –Crab Puffs –Potato Croquette –Tempura –Passionfruit Iced Tea I would avoid the curry plates though — not a lot of flavor — but everything else is pretty solid, including the sashimi.

Damn reading everyone’s reviews and they are not good, but for my experience it was awesome. I first ordered the food online, but right as I was checking out it said that they didn’t deliver in my city. As hungry as I was, I immediately called them and told them what happened and the girl said she can take my order through the phone. I told her everything I ordered online and even added green tea mochi. She told me it was a 40 – 50 min wait and I didn’t mind. I did things to pass the time and then they finally came. The delivery guy was asian, came up to me and didn’t really speak much, but he wasnt rude. He exchanged food and I signed the receipt. He maybe should of thanked me, but whatever. Tipped him and he walked away. Got my food and I was very impressed. Ordered shrimp tempera roll, Cali roll, tunaki roll, and beef udon with Thai tea. The drink was still cold and the soup was still hot. The green tea mochi taste was a little off. Next time I’ll get chocolate or strawberry. I am overall pleased with my order and I would recommend this place to others.
