Nice to find a decent sushi place in Pacifica. To go food took a little while, but I think it was because there was only one sushi chef for the restaurant. Despite the wait the waitress was sweet and gave me complimentary miso soup while I waited for my to go order. The Pacifica roll(crab salad and cucumber roll topped with salmon) was huge and packed with delicious crab. Salmon seemed pretty fresh. Sake(salmon) nigiri was decent. Will be going back soon

Friday is usually a busy night. Not so here because it’s so tucked away. I find it Cozy. Nice and warming family feel comes to mind too. The sushi is Nothing outstanding good but nothing spectacular. If not overpriced for what you get. The Rice is very good because, you can make rolls but if you don’t make the rice properly it just rolled fish in rice. Here they make it well. Delicious if I may say. Standard fair in the delux moriawase, Yellowtail, shrimp, tuna, eel, white tuna, ect. I would order off the nigiri menu next time. The Hawaii roll is great, not to be missed. Soup is flavorful and warming. Lots of different types of sake, they even offer a sake tasting for $ 6.00. Some of the prices are alot for what you get. $ 25 dollars for salmon terriyaki dinner with soup and salad. Made togo. Gee oh well ‚ tasty like it better be for that money.

Service is wonderful with a blossom of courteousness and smiles. I ordered the sweet potato roll and it was delicious and crunchy with every savouring bite. The rice was soft and sweet and perfect for the tummy. The waitress was so kind she recognized me from before and offered me a complimentary miso soup which was an added bonus. I also ordered the plum cucumber roll and it was extremely interesting with a hint of tartness and tang and quite refreshing. The only thing I wish they offer is brown rice otherwise it’s quite chill and simple and great in here.
