This is a great little park in downtown Pacific Grove. The Pacific Grove Good Old Days Pancake Breakfast takes place here every April. All in all, Jewell Park is a great place to visit in downtown Pacific Grove.

Usually pretty clean. Located just off the main drag… Whether you consider that to be central ave or lighthouse ave, it’s near. On Monday afternoons, the pacific grove farmers market sets up closing 3−4blocks(nearest the PG library). It’s a small Farmers market but not totally disappointing. The live music is interesting and is sometimes the music is performed by kids to fundraise. The kids should play more often. I’m over the adults with pan flutes. The gazebo is gorgeous when PG weather cooperates. Weddings do happen there but I’m not sure if its«reservable» thru the city or 1st come, 1st served. The little building on the corner of the lot is frequently used for Alcoholics Anonymous. Not bad people but certainly a lot of smokers in those groups… Unfortunately, they leave their butts behind. Farmers market Mondays can be particularly«trashy» Disappointing as pacific grove is largely quite picturesque. Please pickup after your dogs! Kids play in this park. I run a loop here frequently. Today I almost dodged a stinky pile… Almost. :( The parks basically in the pacific grove fog-belt. So a sunny picnic here isn’t likely your best choice. But you never know!

Very small park just east of Lighthouse Avenue«Main Street», Pacific Grove. A place to rest, relax and let the kids play. Clean and tidy the only structure is currently under renovation.
