Wendy’s is my favorite fast food chain but this location, sadly the only one in my town, can be exasperating.
I was the only customer in line (and in the entire dining room). Glad that two managers and the rest of the staff in the kitchen looked at me but I would rather that they would have taken my order.
Wish that the managers and staff would learn customer service skills from Joel, the kind elderly man who cleans the dining room and refills customer beverages. Maybe he should be manager?
