Was trying to go there for a haircut but it’s unfortunately closed dues to imminent building demolition.

The best hair I have ever had by far, they know exactly how to cut your hair for what ever style you want. They are very gentle at the same time as being very detailed and not missing a single pesky stray hair. When the woman was cutting my hair was the first time I almost fell asleep while being in her chair. The price is very agreeable and you get a much better haircut then you would paying more for the franchised haircut places like great clips. They charge $ 11 but you need cash unfortunately because they no longer accept credit cards.

I was in town dropping my daughter off at Miami U and needed a hair cut. The barber sat me down as soon as I walked in. He was personable and experienced… he’s been cutting hair for over 40 yrs. I was in and out in 15 minutes and yet I feel like I got one of the best hair cuts in yrs. the best part… it was only $ 11. I would highly recommend him.

I needed a hair cut, and so I let Unilocal take me on an adventure to a barber shop with no reviews in Oxford’s town square. The barber — I don’t recall his name — is a middle-aged man breathing through an air machine, so you have to give him some props for being able to work given whatever his condition might be. He’s a nice guy, so that helps with the whole hair cut thing(I hate haircuts). Business was very slow when I went, although I can’t guarantee that business is always slow here. His wall was painted with tributes to veterans and current troops, as well as one sign celebrating those disgusting New York Yankees. I’m used to corporate«hair salons» back home. Those are rip-offs where you have minimally-trained bimbos cutting your hair for an arm and a leg. Here, a hair cut is $ 10 — very cheap for a hair cut these days. I was looking at the prices for the other services, and they also tended to be cheaper than what you could find at a Best Cuts or a Great Clips. I will admit: I had a concern about sterilization. It was not clear how he sterilized his cutting apparatuses. I did see also see hair on blades that were not used on my lovely head. I’m not positive what he did with those while I was gone, so I wouldn’t quite raise a red flag just yet. The end result: my hair was cut. I didn’t like the outcome at first, but after a shower this haircut is slowly growing on me. While it is not the best haircut in the world, I’ve experienced far worse from Marginal Cuts(a nickname I have for Best Cuts). In a town with few barbers, this one was acceptable, and did all he could to make everybody’s experience well worth the $ 10.
