Bim Bam Burgers

They answered my call, then didn’t «like» my «complex order» which consisted of asking for no ketchup as I’m allergic. Then they would not answer my 5 – 7 phone calls after. Terrible place that shouldn’t be allowed to sell food.

The burger was actually really good. However, it took 40 minutes to get our order out (time was printed on the receipts), and the staff was anything but apologetic about it. Also, the fries are $ 3.89 for an average portion, and are absolutely, 100% frozen from a Sysco bag. A $ 4 order of fries ought to either 1. be huge or 2. involve the restaurant actually starting from fresh potatoes.
After we (finally) got our food, the manager stood up and made a public announcement to the who restaurant (this is an actual thing that happened, I swear). She announced that they had «run out of meat,» (really?) and were «having to make everything fresh.» (How do you normally make stuff?) Then she asked «So, do you all think you can be patient?» It was so passive-​aggressive and patronizing, all I could do was laugh.
Oxford needs a burger place, even if it’s a 5 Guys or something. This place isn’t it.

The interior is that of a fast food chain planted in a strip mall. Order at the counter was met with a disinterested fast food place attitude. *Pet peeve: Tip jars and tip spaces on credit card statement.
The food was fast, generous, fresh and hot. Our party of four enjoyed various size burgers, fries, onion rings and a philly cheese steak. Nothing was spectacular or noteworthy. If you like these items generally, then you will like them here.
Meal was $ 10 – 12 per person.

I had the lemon pepper wings, and they were the worst! It was a stroke in a meal. The wings I attempted to eat had to be patted with a paper towel to remove ALLLLL of the salt… which could have been used to season 12 other wings. Then, the wings were small (baby wings) and fried hard. Such a letdown! :(:(:(

The food here isn’t very good. The meat quality is terrible, and everything leaves the taste/​feel of deep fried food in you for the rest of the day. I can’t wait until we actually get a burger restaurant in Oxford.

Ate there on a game weekend. No crowd at a pretty late hour so that was nice. Guy taking orders was friendly too. I had a regular hamburger and it was just ok. Too much mustard as it overpowered the taste. My friend got wings and really liked them. My rating is based on the hamburger. It needed something. Not sure what

On the expensive side, but that could possibly be due to the fact that the burgers are so huge! I order a 1lb Double Bim. No, not quarter pound… not half pound… a whole 1 pound worth of double patty cheeseburger! Flavor is on point too. They season their burgers very well. With all of the toppings that comes on the burgers, this really reminds me of a late night burger from Purple Onion (for all my Bham folks). It’s really tasty!
Nothing comes with your burger orders (ie Fries or other sides) however, ordering any side will get you a «free» drink. Again, a pricey pricing model, but it was great to try something new and it be this tasty! We also ordered some wings… don’t recall the flavor but they were quite on point! I’d definitely re-​visit but order sides and wings as a group since the cost can add up quick!

New in town and looking for a good burger joint, this place is not it. First of all the burgers here are expensive and don’t come with fries. Secondly, the burger itself is bland. We asked for extra lettuce because the burger came with such a pitiful piece on it. We ordered onion rings to share and they were the worst I’ve ever had. They were crunchy on the outside but mushy and tasteless on the inside. Onions must’ve been sitting in the refrigerator or something. I don’t know how you mess up onions rings.

Great burgers even better onion rings. Food is great service is better. You defiantly get your money’s worth.
