IHOP Restaurant

I would just like to say that I was not expecting much, because it’s IHOP, but this place is awful. They didn’t get a single order correct, we were not brought waters, and the coffee actually tasted like poison. Do yourself a favor and just go to mcdonalds

Good service– I came here on my birthday and the waitress comped a side of bacon because they were out of ice cream. Very nice lady.
The food is usually decent, with large-​ish portions at okay prices. Only issue I’ve had is with a weird texture on my chicken fried steak.
Anyway, I’ll be returning as long as they continue to offer fast, courteous service, even to late night annoying college kids like my friends and I. :)

Been here a few times and will not go again. The service is spotty and usually underwhelming. Out of 3 trips here they have yet to get the entire order right the first time. The food is mediocre at best. I’ve been to other IHOP franchises and this one is by far the worst.
If you’re in the mood for breakfast. Go elsewhere.

we waited for what seemed like forever for a table, but it was at a busy time, right after church. The coffee was horrible, even the refills. The pancakes were fantastic. However. Things were a bit pricey for the service and product, and the only reason I hive them 3 stars is due to those amazing pancakes, their only saving grace.

This is only getting 2 stars because our waitress was nice. We work at the University and only get 1 hour for lunch. We arrived and ordered at 11:50. We were forced to leave at 12:20 to make it back in time for work. The food still had not arrived even after we had asked that it be made a to-​go box because we realized it was going to be cutting it close. There were 6 other people there. 6. And we both ordered omelets. Now we know why the place wasn’t filled with Olé Miss employees. Needless to say we canceled our food and left to get Wendy’s. We will NOT be going back.
Note: We were with 3 other adults and 3 children, however, we arrived first and ordered our food 10 minutes before they did.

There was nothing good about my first experience at this iHop. Our food was cold, we never got drink refills, and they took my husband’s chair before we had paid our check. Our waiter, Aaron, was completely incompetent and rude. Don’t waste your time, eat at Huddle House instead.

We’ve been here several times since we live in town. We do not go that often. Today we went in for breakfast. There was a hair on the side of my water glass. I pointed out to the waitress, who shrugged it off and never brought me a clean glass. Then when our food came, there was another hair in my eggs. I couldn’t help but notice she didn’t seem to be surprised. I told her and she quickly replaced them. Since this was the 2^nd visit in recent months that we have found hair (water) I asked to speak with the manager. He came out and spoke to us. Even though he apologized, it was very evident that he did not care about our opinion. He didn’t even offer to comp our meal. Since my husband and I work at a food manufacturing plant, we take food safety very serious. To go to a restaurant two different times and find hair is a serious issue. We will no longer eat here and I do not recommend anyone else eat here either.

This was the worst restaurant I’ve ever been in in my life!
I went two days in a row to see if it was just a slacking day and found out it seems to be nasty every day!
Literally, from time in and time out was about 3 hours!!! Both times! Once was near 7am and the second was around 2pm!
The floors were nasty (as you can see in the pics) and the bathroom was just gross!!! (Pics to prove) Neither day had soap in the bathroom! :/​So how do the employees wash their hands? They don’t! One was in the bathroom while I was in there and she just rinsed her hands off and went on to serve a table!!! The food was not correct, pancakes were burnt and that coffee was just warm! Hands down worst restaurant! The service was slow! No refills! So good luck if you are choking on their burnt pancakes!

This was my first time at an IHOP. I was down in Oxford from Memphis to get my sister from Olé Miss. So while my sister was taking care of some things, my family and I went for breakfast. I’ve wanted to go to that popular breakfast place, but my family overrode me and decided on IHOP. The waitress that served us was friendly, and the place was clean for the most part. The service was not bad, either. The food was mixed. The bacon and French toast were good, while the hash browns were okay. Also, I wished that the food was a little warmer. The toilet didn’t flush in the bathroom, which is a bit troubling. In general, it’s not a bad place, but it could be better.

We had breakfast here the morning after the Olé Miss/​Tennessee game and it was the worst IHOP experience we’ve ever had. It took over an hour to get food and the orders came out incomplete. The blueberry pancakes were burnt and had to be sent back. That took another 20 minutes. We asked for the manager, but no one seems to know who he or she is. You’re better off going to McDonald’s than this place. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The absolute worst service and meal we have ever had. They gave us turkey bacon in a vegan omelette. And the turkey bacon wasn’t even cooked. Gave us coffee that they just took off another table which only had one cup in it. All the waitresses were sitting down talking to each other at their own table instead of doing their jobs. The food made in person with us sick. This place needs a completely new staff or else it will go out of business fast.

Very terrible service, took us 2 hours to eat and the place wasn’t even busy! Food was alright but definitely not as good as ihop I normally eat. I wouldn’t recommend coming unless you wanna wait for a really long time and never get good service or anything you ask for.

Dont come here unless you want to wait two hours for cold food and the wrong order that they will mischarge you for afterwards.

This place was awful. My mom and I came here and decided to put a to-​go order in. The hostess was very sweet and helpful which is the only reason this place is getting one star. We placed our to-​go order and then waited 40 minutes for it! One man was seated, ordered, and finished eating before we got our to-​go order. My mom ordered the Chicken Griller sandwich and fries, which were very good. I ordered an omelet. When I opened the to-​go box my omelet was sitting in a half an inch of butter/​grease mix. The omelet was soaked in it. The egg whites were not all the way cooked either. The fruit is came with was good, but did not make up for the condition of the omelet or the wait. I would recommend going somewhere else.

We had the sweetest waitress and really good food and coffee. It’s a really good restaurant for anyone wanting something 24 hours a day!

The egg white omelette was very good. Service was on the slow side. The hostess on Sunday was the greatest and so sweet. Seems to be a local hangout.

You. Will. Wait. Forever.
It is a formula pancake house that loads oil on everything. Why is the waitstaff so slow and the kitchen so in accurate? On Sunday morning, when we were leaving, there was a line out the door, tons of empty tables and bunches of people just sitting at their table wondering where their waitperson was.
I was so excited when this place opened as I loved the IHOP in my old town, skip this one. I think they fired the manager they had when it opened and it has gone downhill ever since.
Go to Lusa’s across the street, at least the food is good.

Food was mediocre for ihop and service was lacking, our waitress served us our food and forgot about us!!! Finally got the check (and refill) about 10 after we were done eating!!!
