Poor customer service. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. My friend and I were friends of a family friend and we were treated poorly so I can only imagine how they treat random patrons.

Was so excited to visit this new spa since it’s only 2 miles away and was so disappointed at the service we received. I paid $ 100 and received a $ 20 job! Unprofessional way of delaying my scheduled appointment that was @ 5pm. They kept stalling our appointment by supposedly bad plumbing and no hot water. After waiting nearly 25 min one of the employees walks in for a party and ends up being asked to do my daughter’s pedicure. Once my ticket was paid then the story came out that 2 stylist changed their agenda and there was no actual person to do one of the pedicures. The resolution I got was I would get a call for a discount, I’m still waiting and it’s been 2 weeks!

The location is gorgeous. Very upscale and beautifully designed throughout.
I went to get my eyebrows done. The woman who helped me, Shawna, was extremely nice, friendly, and professional. She was so great explaining everything that she was doing as she was doing it. I highly recommend her.

Kandor Spa just opened to the public in November. They have an interesting concept that dental care, hair, skin, and nails should all go hand in hand under one roof and I found that to be quite fascinating; makes sense to me!
As a first time customer I was given a tour of the entire vicinity and it is exactly as they claim. A section for dental work, a very spacious hair salon, massage rooms, and a very nice pedicure/​nail area.
The lobby is modern and designed to give that initial positive first impression. The very first thing they asked me after I gave them my name is what I would like to drink. Water, tea, coffee, soft drinks, and wine; I chose wine.
I had walked in with a groupon for $ 19 Gellish manicure and Aisha took care of me. She was extremely friendly and explained much about Kandor including a special they have going for the month of December where you got a Pedicure and a manicure for $ 40 and it’s only $ 12 more for Gel, it’s a great deal.
Since they’re new, they still have some kinks to work out. Checking out took a couple of minutes because they were working out how to do some stuff on the system.

Oh and I almost forgot to mention that a lot of their products (nailcare at any rate) is organic, no harsh chemicals. I was very happy with my Gellish manicure and I made an appointment to return. I sincerely hope that they will do well.
