Beau did a wonderful job on my hair and Melissa is amazing! I highly recommend this salon. It’s just hair though don’t expect to get your nails done or waxing services. But seriously go, get a haircut and rock your new amazing look!

Had my hair cut here and the stylist was great. She took her time on my cut and got it how I wanted it. Easy to talk to and nice.

I recently moved to Overland Park from NY and was nervous about finding someone to do my cut and color. I searched the internet and read tons of reviews and decided to make an appointment with Alexander… I LOVE my color and cut. He turned my «yellow» blonde into a more natural blonde with so much dimension. He is so passionate about his work and it shows! I am so happy that I found my new stylist! Thank you Alex!

I went to Jillian for hair color correction and cut. She did an amazing job! She is very professional, knows her craft and puts you at ease. I was happy when I’ve left — I finally got the color that I had been looking for! She recommended products that have improved my hair. I have been back 3 times. I have also taken my son and daughter as well for kids cuts and they did a wonderful job!
I wish I would have know about this salon the first time I wanted to get my hair treated with balayage highlights. Best salon that I know of in the KC area! I would highly recommend!

Incredibly happy with my visit to this salon! Britney did my hair and I love it. She worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and it is perfect. I don’t think the waiting area is very comfortable, but it seems like they are scheduled well so they don’t keep people waiting.

I am simply blown away by Paisley&Stripe. Aaron did my hair a little over a month ago and it has never looked so amazing.
I have spent a few years trying to find a salon that can do my hair a way I like, and this place is now my number one go-​to!
Everyone there was extremely friendly, and Aaron was easy to converse with, eliminating any chance of awkward silences.

First class treatment from the moment you walk in the door and you never feel that the stylist is rushing to get you out of the chair. They truly take their time to ensure you leave 100% satisfied. Love this place!

Went out on a limb trying a place and stylist I’d never been to before and I am so happy with the result! Color is exactly what I wanted and cut is simple but perfect for my curly/​wavy hair. Morgan was a great stylist! The price for hand painted color and cut was reasonable/​not super expensive in relation to the quality and how much it would cost elsewhere. I will definitely be going back!

I had my hair cut by Jennifer. I have long hair and I’m always worried about losing too much length, but she was able to cut off the dead ends without removing a lot of length. It looks great and it was blown out perfectly. Jennifer is a total sweetheart. The salon is clean and modern and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely return if I was from the area!

I branched out today and tried a new hairstylist for the first time in years. Morgan exceeded my expectations. My hair is so beautiful and we haven’t even colored it yet! She was honest about what would look best. She has an amazing creative eye and I can’t wait to come back.

Love this Salon! They have the best stylists. Great atmosphere. I can go there and have any of the stylists cut my hair and it always turns out great! Love the online booking.

I found Paisley & Stripe on Unilocal last Spring; I was new to the area and had no idea where to turn. This place is fantastic! Excellent customer service, an awesome, creative, hip ambience and Breanna my stylist did a fabulous cut, color and blow out each and every visit! Check them out you won’t regret it!

Just moved to the area from out of state and was in search of a great salon. I always go to Unilocal and was so glad to read this salon had great reviews so decided to try it out. I made my appointment with Melissa based on the good reviews that mentioned her name and availability with my schedule. I’m so glad I did. She gave me a great haircut and highlight. She was very friendly, experienced and conversational. I will be going back and will be going to Melissa again.

After searching around for a new hair salon I came across Paisley & Stripe and wanted to give it a try. Easy to find place right off Metcalf. I arrived a little early and was able to check in and take in the surroundings. Beautiful trendy salon with unique décor. Old hedge clippers decorate one wall, so fun! I was offered a drink while I waited and enjoyed watching the hair stylists making their newest creations. My appointment was with Breanna. She took the time to determine what I was wanting done and offered suggestions as requested. Loved my cut and new layers! I only wish they would use products when styling after a cut. I was not even offered hair spray afterwards and my hair was flat before I arrived home. Overall great salon and great crew! Would definitely pay them another visit!

I was in Kansas for a business trip, so I did my usual Unilocal search to find a salon to pamper my hair. As a salon owner owner in California, I was very particular in looking for a salon that suited my style. I came across Paisley & Stripe, and loved the bios of all of their stylists! I ended up making an appointment with Alexander for a color refresher. Boy did he deliver, I loved my hair! So much that I made another appointment with him to shampoo & blowdry my hair on my last day here in Kansas. (today.) I left looking amazing. Can’t wait to see their new salon next time I visit! Aaron took his time with my hair. He first got me a drink. Then we discussed what I wanted exactly and went through pictures together so there would not be any confusion. He didn’t ever stop communicating. I knew what he was doing and he asked questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted. My hair turned out exactly like I wanted. The salon was super busy and everyone was so nice. It is a very relaxed salon which I love.
They will be soon moving to a new bigger location on metcalf and college I believe.

I can’t tell you how happy I am to have found this place! As someone who’s had a lot of pride in my hair, it’s been a heartbreaking year of bouncing around stylists; really unhappy with the cuts and colors I’ve received. After the most recent hair botch, I decided to do my research before I put my hair in anyone else’s hands. I found Paisley & Stripe based on reviews, images and proximity to where I live. I’m so happy I did.
My stylist Alex listened intently and fixed my haircut and color soo perfectly! I thought I had difficult hair and that it would be a year before I could be happy with it again. Nope! Alex made my hair better than I thought possible. I love how he did the soft and beautiful highlights and brought the volume back to my hair. He listened! :) I can’t wait to come back in, and I can’t recommend this place enough. Overall, this was wonderful experience!

I love Paisley and Stripe! I’ve gone a number of times and have had my hair cut by both Breanna and Melissa. I’ve had a great experiences with each! I’m usually pretty vague about the specifics of what I want, only giving a maximum cut point and telling her I wanted it low maintenance and healthy. Each time, I’m happy to put my trust in my stylist, and they give me exactly what I’m looking for!
Everything, unsurprisingly, smelling amazing and they have beverages for their clients as well. A clean and modern space, I really enjoyed popping in. I also LOVE being able to schedule my appointment online!
I’m really impressed with the R&Co brand of products they carry as well. They’re look super cool and, more importantly, they work! I also love that the line is cruelty free. I’d never heard of the brand before and I’m happy P&S introduced me!
I’ve also had my eyebrows waxed here a few times by Breanna, and she does a great job.
Happy to continue coming back here time and time again!
