3 times in a row comming here just awful. First 2 times both the manager forgot to give me some of my order. Had to drive back the 2nd time wasting gas. The 3rd i waited in line for over 10 mins for them to tell me they are closed. Employees need to go outside and cut the line so people dont waste their time waiting just to hear on an utmost annoying sarcadtic tone we are closed. The other time they forgot my food he didnt apologize, they looked smug and thought it was funny how stupid and bad their life is that they cant get a fucking order right. Terrible experiences 3 times ina row. Will never come again

I’ll admit I don’t eat McDonalds a lot. However, this one is right across the street from my house, so when I do eat McDonalds this is usually the one I’ll eat at. I also come here for the Redbox. I was informed tonight by the manager(I presume that’s what he was) that they took out the Redbox because the owner of the franchise didn’t like seeing people just for the Redbox. According to this manager, no one who went to the Redbox EVER ordered anything. I find that hard to believe. I will be patronizing other McDonalds not owned by this greedy franchise owner, it doesn’t look like he needs my business anyways based on the renovations that he has put into his business. On a food note, it always sucks when I get anything. Maybe this franchise owner should think more about his customers and what makes them happy as opposed to the bottom line of greed!!!

I found the breakfast dine-in service to be fast, but not especially friendly. The dining area was clean, and fairly new. A-OK.

The bathrooms at this facility are disgusting and the toilets are overflowing. Definitely needs to be attended more frequently.
