Goodcents Deli Fresh Subs

Customer isn’t right — nor is the 7′ banner inside that says 8″ sub is $ 4. Ordered a 8″ Turkey while looking at the sign and they made it for me — when I go to pay its $ 5.19 plus tax. When I said the 7′ banner with $ 4 8″ sub 10 feet away says otherwise the lady told me that’s old sign. Sub was great, but telling me I was wrong even when the sign there proved I was right — not good experience. I’ve been to this location before and it’s always a uncomfortable experience — good is always good but they have employees that make it a 2 star experience — I only gave it 3 stars because it is good food. Goodcents needs to come out with a app to order to stop these bad experiences. I’ve had other bad experiences at other stores — they have prices listed for «deals» and they often charge more than the price listed. I have found the only way to order is to point to the signs and ask for that offer at that price — otherwise they ring you up for more and make it super uncomfortable to tell them they are over charging.

Went back after hating it the first time and I changed my mind. I just must’ve gotten a bad sandwich. The first time. Mistakes happen:)

Terrible customer service. Was told I couldn’t redeem my Centsable Club Card for my free sub because not half the punches were from this exact location, even though the card clearly states on the front «Good at all Goodcents Restaurants». It wasn’t very clean in there, veggies were not fresh, service is not friendly. Look, there’s a Jimmy John’s around the corner now. You’ll be gone in months with this service. Shouldnt have given me any problems with my free sub. You lost ALL my business. Sad too, cuz I work around here!

Excellent subs. Italian Sub was great, bread was amazing, fresh sliced meat. Sandwich made to order. My huband had the Original sub, equally as delicious. Friendly service. I would come back just for the fresh baked bread! Yum!

This goodcents always has great customer service. They’ve made me a sandwich after closing time a few times. They always remember their customers and make your sandwch perfect. They also have the newspaper to read which I enjoy.
