Went here a couple of weeks ago with my father and sister. Upon our arrival there was one person at the counter ordering, a person behind them, us, and then a couple of construction workers behind us. We stood there for about 20 minutes and the line did not move. The guy in front of us, and the two men behind us got frustrated and left. I assume they were on lunch breaks. Finally we got to the counter to order our food. The two women who were working behind the counter were very unfriendly. One had a death stare as though you had better not say the wrong thing. I tried to be super friendly, but she looked at me as if I was burdening her by being there. Sorry this is your job, lady. Once we are done paying, we grab our drinks to fill them up and the whole drink station area was filthy. Trash, lids, straws, spilled soda, and some sort of sticky substance was everywhere. The lids for the small size drinks were completely gone. I didn’t even bother going up to ask for one because I didn’t want to have to see that unpleasant woman again. Once we got our food, I made the mistake of asking her for some ranch. Shouldn’t have done that. I got the death stare again. The food was not so good. The fries and especially the onion rings were super under-cooked. So much so that my dad, who typically is not a complainer, insisted he was going to complete a survey due to the disappointment and lack of hospitality. At the end of our meal, I received a text from my husband asking for me to bring home some food for him if I didn’t mind. I went back up to the counter(no one there at this point) and waited for quite some time. The woman kept walking back and forth, but did not make eye contact with me once. Finally she looked at me and said, «yeah?». I informed her that I needed to place another order to-go. What an inconvenience to her I was. at least that’s how she made me feel. For me this review is less about the food, but more about the lack of friendliness and hospitality. I think that’s super important. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a food establishment.

I found the dine-in breakfast service to be a little slow. Also, one of the employees gave me the«evil eye» as he was cleaning the dining area. Weird.

Not good. The one at 75th and Metcalf is better. My wife, daughter, and I arrived at about 6:30 for dinner. There was no one else in line. The guy at the cash register was absolutely clueless. He didn’t know that chicken fries came as a meal. He didn’t know the difference between the two A1 burgers… and either did the girl he asked(hint: One has Mozzarella, the other has American). The list goes on. Frankly, I don’t blame the worker at all… he clearly was not ready to be working the front counter without a manager right by his side. Poor management… which probably means poor ownership of this franchise. Go anywhere you can find… other than this place.

I was given a burnt sausage & cheese biscuit, I went back to get a fresh one & was given two more burnt sausage & cheese biscuits before I decided to just get my money back. The rest of my order was no fresh, the French toast sticks & hashbrowns were cold & all the employee asked if I wanted something completely different from what I ordered because apparently they were capable of making what I wanted correctly

I actually have tried to stop eating fast food. I know it is hard and I slip every once and awhile. There needs to be a FFA(Fast Food Anonymous). Seriously there does need to be one. Well I had a haircut appointment and a pedicure and they ran long. The hubby was working late and I didn’t want to cook for just one so I ran through the local Burger King. Mainly because it was close, cheap and fast. To vent for a second here their commercial are super creepy and they need to dethrone the King or get him some therapy. He should not be waking up in other people’s beds. Hate those commercials. The food however is actually good for fast food. Love the little $ 1.00 spicy chicken sandwich, they even put a piece of lettuce on it so it is healthy. It is healthy right??? I pretty much order off the $ 1.00 menu because well it is cheap and the sandwiches with a $ 1.00 order fry is enough to fill you up. Now there were a few reasons I have tried to stop eating fast food: 1. Not super healthy, need to lose a few pounds 2. $ adds up eating out everyday 3. Gas You are thinking Gas is expensive and it takes gas to get there go through the drive thru and get back to work and home. Even though that is correct that is not the kind of Gas I am talking about. I am talking about Human Gas. The kind that will kill a small animal or knock a small child out and will have most adults running for cover. This was probably more than you ever wanted to know about me or gas, but I have found out over time that Burger King for me is the worst culprit for creating this ungodly aroma that emits from my nether regions. I feared for my cat last night and thought my husband would come home and find her, me and the renter all passed out with claw marks on doors and windows trying to escape. Alas we did survive and that experience has thus caused this review. Will I learn? Probably not in another 6 months or so I will have forgotten I almost died from my own gas caused by Burger King and will eat there again. I can’t help it, the little spicy chicken calls to me.
