Kind of reminded me of a Subway kind of place but better. They make the bread fresh every morning, slice the meat and cheese as they prepare your sandwich — it isn’t precut and stacked which allows it to get that slimey coating. Had a $ 5.00 footlong — mesquite turkey/cheddar/etc etc. Very fresh and tasty. These places are dotted around the midwest and I even checked their website and saw there were a few in Colorado(though they are located in the northern suburban boonies).
