Goodcents Deli Fresh Subs

Got a 8 in. Penny club… Without requesting double meat, i was served a double meat sandwich without the price. I was in and out in minutes and all the staff were very respectable.

I would have to say that I love their food. I hate their customer service. I acidently put in the wrong address and they made my work feel terrible and never smiled once. I tried to call and tell them that it was a mistake and they never picked up the phone. It rang for about 30 rings and no answer. They need a new delivery driver and better customer service to keep buisness.

The bread at this location wasn’t as fresh as the bread at other locations. It seemed to be chilled and compressed, instead of light and airy. The meat and toppings were fresh, and plentiful. The service was adequate, and the dining area was clean.

I got extremely sick from eating here! You have been warned. I couldn’t even make it out of bed for two days. I love mr good cents but never again will I eat here!

After visiting this place, I was made aware of how awesome the Goodcents by my office in Lawrence. And that Goodcents is good but not great.
Don’t mind the fact that I ordered a very simple pasta and meatballs… I meant chicken Alfredo pasta. Or at least that’s what they seemed to think. Of course, I didn’t notice this until I got home… and I really don’t like Alfredo.
There were three devices used to heat up my simple yet incorrect meals — microwave, speedy pasta heater and oven. The only thing put in the oven was THE least important aspect — the breadstick. I understand microwaves are used in cooking… you just don’t need to make it so obvious that my chicken (which I didn’t want as I am not a big chicken fan) was heated in the microwave. But again… all I saw was the unit, not the meat, unfortunately.
I don’t normally rant like this. But come on… it’s not that hard to get an order right, especially when I am the only customer. And especially when they charge $ 7 for a simple pasta dish. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

I like Goodcents from time to time. My favorite dish is the chicken parmesan pasta with spaghetti noodles (which you have to ask for specially; otherwise, they give you penne).

Multiple employees making sandwiches and then using the cash register with their gloves on? All of this after they carry the huge hunks of meat from the fridge and back and gleefully slice all that bacteria infested meat and cheese with their hands baptised in dirty money from the register?
I mean short of sticking your hand in your crack and scratching, this is the cardinal sin of the food indistry.
And it happens on MULTIPLE visits?
It’s unappetising.
It’s unsanitary.
It’s disgusting.
