Round Table Pizza

Placed an online order, arrive 20 minutes later to pick it up and the order was never started. They were to busy playing and trying to leave on time before closing. Even worse, they acted as if nothing happened, ready to charge me and have me wait another 20 minutes. I don’t trust kids to handle my food is they’re careless.

My son & I had lunch here yesterday. It was really good. It was made the way I like it. The salad bar was stocked, clean tables, & clean restrooms. It did take 15 mins to get our twists but at least we got them before the pizza! One thing I would suggest is re-​training on hand washing procedures.

Horrible delivery time. I placed an order tonight for the 5^th time for delivery at 4:30 pm with a delivery time of 5:31. It is after 6:15pm and no order. I then called the establishment and spoke to a manager who was rude and didn’t seem to care and whose excuse for late service was their lack of delivery drivers. He didn’t try to rectify the situation and didn’t even bother to apologies for the inconvenience. He also could not give me an about time when my order would be here! It is my fault for thinking that overtime service might improve and that maybe the holiday season could have been a reason for delays in the past, but I will never again order from this place ever again! They need some help in this place and the owner needs better staff! I will place my future service with local eateries who would better benefit from my money anyway, instead of this awful chain.

The Maui zaui is a great pizza. I came in and ordered to go and went next door to get some groceries came back in and sat for nearly 15 minutes and got curious and asked if our pizza was ready… it hadn’t even started yet!!! They forgot about our order!!. Great food but I hate paying nearly $ 60 for some pizza and wings and waiting 45 min to get it

I had to see what all the fuss was about, so after over a decade living in Oroville, I finally tried Round Table for the first time.
I ordered some hot wings and a medium 3 topping pizza. Both were delicious, and they have a great selection of toppings, but the great quality doesn’t justify the ridiculous prices they charge.
I always order large pizzas sometimes 2 at other pizza places, along with wings.
Here I had to go for a medium, because of the ridiculous prices.
The pizza was delicious, and loaded with toppings, but was smaller than I get in other places, and it went fast.
Wing portion was also small.
I don’t care how good it is, there is no justification to charge $ 20 for a medium pizza, and $ 40 for a whole meal.
I can get a regular meal at a regular restaurant for less than $ 40.
We saw one guy see the prices and leave, and frankly, I don’t blame him.
If they cut their prices in half, they would get more customers, and still make the same amount of money.
If you have a fat wallet, I would recommend this place. If not, Pizza Hut or Little Caesar’s will do.

Awful service. We placed our order at 6:30 tonight. As I type this it’s 7:20 and we still have no food on our table.
The cashier was very rude and unhelpful. The only employee who appears to be working is the guy running the oven. He’s cooking, preparing meals, boxing, serving food, and bringing plates and sauces while the rest of the team seem to be standing around talking.
There were several empty tables, but there were no clean tables when we got here. We asked for a towel to clean our own table and the girl at the front desk was not responsive or helpful. Another girl who was busy at the time eventually ended up coming to wipe down the table for us and apologized.
When our guests went up to purchase their food, the cashier got tired of waiting for them to order and just walked away to do other chores. She didn’t say I’ll be right back or anything. When she arrived she didn’t apologize, she just said, «so I’ve got two drinks and a salad…» Very rude.
One pizza just came out. It’s been over an hour and we still haven’t gotten the twists on the order. Still waiting on another pizza and two orders of twists. I thought appetizers were intended to come before the meal.
We finally got our twists, over an hour after ordering, they were drastically undercooked and doughy. We had to send them back to cook longer.
The salad bar was virtually empty and disgustingly dirty. The entire time we were here it was never restocked or cleaned.
No manager appeared to be present through all of this. All the employees appeared to be standing around instead of working on orders or delivering orders. Many customers in the dining room were just as angry and frustrated as our group.
At the very end of our two hour meal, a manager-​looking kid came out and looked bewildered and confused. He didn’t appear to show any leadership from what we could see. He appeared very timid and not leadership material. Many customers were complaining to the employees throughout our visit, and the manager never came to apologize or handle the complaints. The only thing we heard the manager say to any customer was, «thanks for coming. Have a nice night.» As we walked out.
Over all, this was the worst round table I’ve ever been to. Very, very, very unsatisfied. Such a shame, this place used to be so good…

Bad experience and services. Waited an hour and the food was just going in the oven. Had to wait another hour to get our order. Not worth it. Not eating here again.

If I could give them negative stars I would told us an hour for delivery after an hour and a half called them to see what was up they had not even put it in the oven yet. Horrible service staff was rude I won’t eat there anymore!!!

This chain makes one of the best pizzas out there. But… Their prices have become astronomical. You can only eat here if you can get a deal with a coupon or something. Back in the day, this place was standing room only dining room was completely full every night. Now that corporate greed has taken over, you can sit anywhere you like. My advice is get your pizza pie to go and skip the dining room experience and save your self another $ 50.

*The* place for pizza in Oroville. I’m a big fan as I have been coming here for over 25 (30?) years. It seems pricey but with coupons and specials it brings it into an affordable range if you are watching the budget. The only thing that keeps me from giving the five stars is the fact they give no love to Kelly Ridge in the delivery game.

We been seeing the triple play pizza advertised and thought we would try. Big mistake as you better use a soup spoon to soak up the grease.
I ask one of the workers why they don’t use screens for the grease and he said Mgn don’t want to spend the
Money… Hmmm
Service good, seem pretty clean but small crowd. The crust was good but way too much grease, I cook pepperoni pizza at home lots of time with no problem, also eat at other pizza places with no problem. Check out the photo, I should of posted pix of the napkins we used to sork up the grease.

Stopped in here New Year’s Eve in the afternoon to grab a pizza to go. I have rarely had a Round table pizza I didn’t like so my review here is more about the customer service experience. I was immediately greeted with a smile by Summer, a very polite, personable and welcoming employee. She took my order and went well out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. I will return because of the excellent service and I would suggest to Round Table that they do what ever it takes to keep this girl because people like her are few and far between and very valuable to customer retention. I’ll go back on occasion for good pizza and I feel I have a wide variety of places to choose from when it comes to that. However, great service tips the scale heavily in your favor!

It’s pretty good. But if you go there get the cinnamon twist they are good. And also get the hot wings. I don’t like the Hawaiian pizza
I prefer the pepperoni pizza medium size it’s good!!! :)

The customer service here is phenomenal. I was passing through and decided to stop for a personal pizza. Marci was the one who helped me. She made sure my order was right. BBQ chicken and beer. Poured it just how I liked it. Pizza was perfect. And she was friendly. We even joked around a little bit. I’ll stop here again next time I’m up that way. Clean place! Great place! Also, the choice below on Unilocal doesn’t allow me to select «beer only,» so I selected beer and wine. But they don’t have wine. That’s Unilocal fault though. Haha.

One of my Favorite spots in Oroville CA ! Very friendly staff and the food is a delight and pretty inexpensive. I was there last night and was Served by Yee. Awesome Service! Good Job Kraig Morgan and team and please keep up the good work! I will keep coming back and bring all my friends as well!

I been here a couple times. They charge $ 8 for all you can eat buffet which isn’t to bad but the pizza is nothing to write home about. My one complaint is the never seem to have the pizza out when I walk in. I usually have to wait 10 minutes for them to cook it. The bathroom is always clean though.
