Have you ever heard of a restaurant that charges for salt? Well now you have. First of all, I came in during the peak hours when they are supposed to have things hot and ready, and they didn’t. No big deal though, because that means I can custom order my Italian bread. After my last experience at Little Caesar’s, I decided that it would be wise to ask for very light oil along with the extra seasoning. The girl ringing me up was friendly enough. She was a short woman in her early 20s with dark hair and very nice eyeliner and fake eyelashes. When I noticed that my total was substantially higher than it should be, I asked her how the total got so high, and she told me that she had charged me for extra seasoning. I’m like… what? That’s ridiculous. Who charges for seasoning? No one. So I asked to talk to the manager, and she said she was the manager, which is interesting, because, you know, she was standing at the cash register, wearing a visor, and not wearing any sort of manager identification whatsoever. I’m willing to pay extra for the sauce(which used to be free) even though that’s ridiculous enough… now you want to charge me for salt too? Really? Really? She was super argumentative, and kept telling me that this had been the policy for a long time, which is definitely not true. I wrote another 1-star Little Caesar’s review just this week. And yet I haven’t consumed any pizza or any of its constituents at all. My arteries thank you for your terrible customer service.
