I love my I-phone 5 but I wanted the I-phone 6 for more storage and larger screen. I am 61 so I am not high tech. I wanted all of my current info transferred onto my new phone. There were many complications: it was a business phone, I didn’t have enough storage to even put all of my info into i-Cloud, etc. Kevin Hardy saw more than the multitude of problems. He saw solutions. This young man spent all the time I needed to explain things to me. He did not look down on me for my lack of knowledge or lose patience. Kevin has a Can Do – Will Do attitude. I went home with a brand new phone which I already love because it embodies my i-phone 5 and more. I also went home with a song in my heart because there are still young people out there like Kevin who not only make sales for the company but genuinely care about the customer. Thank you, Kevin. I hope you will be in management one day and teach your staff that this is the way to ensure customer loyalty.

If you want bare bones service, this is the place to go. At least this is how I felt after our recent experience. We were in the area and this was the closest Verizon store from our location. I was in the market for an IPhone 6Plus and Verizon was offering $ 200 off to users for a limited time. Upon walking in, we were greeted by a woman at the counter and told her we were looking at Iphones. She pointed to the area where they were displayed but didn’t really offer to «sell» the product or discuss its features with us. We were pretty much on our own. Once my decision was made, she was not very personable but more along the lines of just treating us like just another customer. She took my phone number and processed the transfer of info from phones in the system but didn’t really explain anything to us. I had to ask how to get the transfer taken care of(I’m not techy savvy, mind you) and she and a coworker went back and forth between each other, one saying to go through ICloud and her saying to go through ITunes. But yet there was no offer to SHOW me how to do. Also, I didn’t appreciate her snarky little remark about not buying a case there. I prefer to shop around and not buy an item that is obviously overpriced. Basically, equate this experience to if you were buying a gallon of milk. That pretty much sums it up. How dare I ask questions! Anyways, in a nutshell, if you want actual SERVICE go to the Apple Store at Mall at Millenia. It’s crowded and a bit of a headache but they’ll walk you through the entire process with patience and answer all of your questions.

I like this location. they always try and help everybody or at least acknowledge you when you come into the door. this location actually has a wide variety products. You could also pay your bills here and they will help me with all the other additional problems that comes with owning a cell phone or a tablet. the staff is friendly and normally tries whatever they can to help. They also teach you how to do things on your own if you don’t want to wait.

I am not a Verizon user but my aunt is and had a meltdown when she cracked her phone screen. She raged into Verizon and the staff was very patient and went above and beyond to get her a replacement phone the same day. I believe the lady who helped us was Cindy so big thanks to her for her kindness and positive attitude. My aunt left happy. Thank the lord.
