I’m extremely sad to say that they are no longer open. I tanned here for years and the new owners were the kindest and most caring people. I’m not sure what happened, but I hope everything is okay. I will definitely miss tanning here :(

In September I received a third degree burn by a piece of equipment inside one of the beds. I let it go at first because I didn’t realize how bad it was… until my skin went from red to purple to charred black within a few minutes. No one was at the front desk to report to so I left that day and took a break from tanning to let it heal, but continued to pay my $ 50/month membership fee(I felt like the owners were my friends and I didn’t want to make a big thing about it). The burn formed a scar and it was clear that I would not be able to tan for a long time without causing this scar to become permanent. I went in on November 1 to tell them I would like to cancel and showed the girl at the desk my scar and explained how it happened. She was nice about it and got in touch with the owner about cancelling. The policy was to pay the last two months together to cancel the membership, so $ 100 for me. I thought that since I had been a loyal customer since they had taken ownership and since I was scarred by one of their beds and was not threatening to sue, that they would give me a break on having to pay $ 100 to NOT use their service anymore, ESPECIALLY because the main reason I had to cancel was because I was scarred from their equipment(I’m also a member of the military and received word I might leave on orders). I also thought maybe they might consider giving me some $ 100 of spray tans instead of tanning bed treatments since I would no longer be able to tan — BECAUSETHEIREQUIPMENTINJUREDME. They didn’t. They may have been within their rights and policy to charge me $ 100 to cancel, but given the circumstances, I was disappointed that it was handled this way — and I am disappointed in myself for not suing in the first place.

Love this place! They are newly under new management. I was a customer during the old mgmt as well and the new owners are def better. I use the mystic spray booth to get my beautiful sun kissed look when I’m going some where for a special occasion. They have great deals and they are super nice!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would for their awful customer service. I came in when the new owners first took over and they seemed great. The experiences after I purchased a 1 month membership(after the owners bad mouthed a new tanning salon around the corner) has been one bad experience after another. They don’t answer the phone(I was told I must be calling the wrong # even though it’s the one on their business card), they give you different pricing depending on their mood(I was told $ 10 for a trial on a hydrotherapy bed and then it became $ 20…it also went from a 30 min session to a 10 min session), maybe it’s because they have never owned a tanning salon and are finding themselves lost. Another issue was when they promised a donation for our Silent auction for charity and then told me they decided not to do it… just because. Not nice… unless you like being treated like their daughter(Who will run her mouth whenever she pleases) And you like being accused of things and talked down to… stay away… or better yet… let the BBB know.
