Shirt was not ready when they said it would be, so they told me they’d call me when it was. They never called. I went back in and was told they could not find my shirt, and that the owner would call me. No one called. I went back again and asked for money to cover the lost shirt, and was told the owner would call me… which finally happened a week later. She told me she would cover the cost of my shirt. I had to go back in and ask for the money for my shirt, which the associate did not want to give me. No apology. Long(over two months) and drawn out process. Unprofessional.

I took a button down shirt for dry cleaning, it was promised to be done by 4pm. I arrived at 5pm(an hour later), the shirt was not done. I went back the next day in the morning at 9am, the shirt was still not done! I went back at 5pm and I was told that they could not take the stains out of the shirt, however the shirt was not stained when I dropped it off. I got my shirt back with black marks all over it! They did not even apologize for the mistake as they claim I brought it in that way. DONOTGOHERE! BADCUSTOMERSERVICEANDTHEYRUINYOURCLOTHES!!!

Worst drycleaners ever. Bad customer service, slow service and also damaging chemicals are using in cleaning process. I do not recommend using their services. You’ll be more than dissapointed!

This is in the little strip shop area where Fed Ex Kinko’s, WaMu, Indigos, Subway, and soon to be Five Guys live. I simply needed a dress alteration. I’m short and even if I get something in a petite size, it’s still too long. So, I took my maxi dress in. I needed it taken up 7 inches and because the dress was ruffly at the bottom and had an inner lining as well, a simple alteration could really jack this dress up, and I’ve only worn it once so I really needed for it to be done right. The person who assisted me was a very small Asian woman who was very professional. I tried on the dress to get an idea of how much needed to come off. She decided there were a couple of ways to alter it, and after we played around with various possible results, I picked which one might actually leave the dress in it’s original intended state. I picked it up later in the week, and it was only $ 13. I’m very pleased with the results. I can walk now without worrying about tripping or wondering what on the ground my dressing is picking up along the way. Great thing this worked out – I have another dress that will be taken in soon.
