I went in to have a simple repair on my watch done and discuss trade ins. Mr. Milazzo not only fixed my watch, but also solved an issue with my watch that I have had for years. He was honest about trade ins and had a genuine concern for the customer. Strongly recommend

For the past few months I have been looking to buy a higher quality watch. This store was actually recommended to me by another area retailer as a spot to go to learn about watches.
Nicely arranged store with a wide array of brands — Breitling, Hamilton, Orvis and others — at a number of price points. The staff was not pushy or overpowering and helped with a number of suggestions in our price range.
After looking at a few options, and receiving a nice education as well, we purchased a vet nice piece at a very competitive price. The staff and manager made the sales process very enjoyable. The next time I look to buy a watch, I am coming here first.
