Buyer beware Movado does not accept returns no exceptions. No matter if you purchased it 10 min ago or 2 min ago they absolutely will not return your money. They will not inform you before you purchase your watch. They will only point at the small sign and look at you like your crazy for even asking. I thought Mavado was absolutely one of the best companies but I was wrong. Even their employees think that Movado is wrong for having that policy. They would change it if they could but all they can say is not up to them. Shame on you Movado you should listen to your employees and your customers. 1 star for the employees they’re awesome people. You have been WARNED avoid Movado outlets.
I would recommend Kay’s Jewelry for purchasing they have a 30 day return policy and the latest watches out. Movado outlet does not :(

Went in here with a dead watch battery and talked to Ken, who took great care of me. He gave me a great deal on fixing my watch.
He also helped out my brother, who was buying a watch for his fiancé. He got a $ 1,000 for $ 400. This outlet is definitely worth checking out if you’re in Orlando.

Had my battery changed on my watch here. 37 dollars total and a 1 year warranty. My last battery lasted me approximately 6 years. I wouldn’t take my Movado to many places to get a battery changed because they actually train all of their staff members on how to replace the battery properly. They actually contain a small gasket inside that needs to be properly seated to keep out the humidity and protect the internals.

Got a watch here but decided I didn’t like it. Even though the sign said all sales final the manager worked with me and gave me my money back. Will be buying future watches from here!
