Rolex

BIG Disclaimer: I do not own a Rolex, nor do I have the means to. However my girlfriend Amber M and I decided to do a «fantasy» retail day and check out all the high end swag at this lovely mall, and Rolex was our first stop!
Having been a watch enthusiast for a while, I was very excited to see some brand new Rolexes in the flesh. Quite frankly, you can look at a website all day, but really handling some of these special items was really quite an occasion, and the lovely people at Orlando Rolex made it a great experience. We walked in and were greeted promptly by a friendly sales woman.

Admittedly, I played a little dumb, even though I do have considerable knowledge of the brand and models. We were shown several models at several price points, but the highlight for me was trying on the $ 30,000 18k white gold Day Date model. Just having something that special on my wrist even for a few moments was quite extraordinary. My girlfriend also tried on several ladies’ models, and was having as much fun as I was.
The thing I was most impressed with was that even though we made clear we were enthusiasts and not potential customers didn’t deter the sales staff at all. They were happy to show us all of the models, as well as let us try them on, and took all the time in the world to answer questions as we came up with them. For a moment before we walked in I feared that as soon as we said we were «just looking» we would be shown the door, but that was the total opposite of what happened.
I can say with confidence that if I ever possess the means to purchase a watch of this caliber, it will likely be from this store. Thanks so much for making my day!

I had stopped in to have my 31 mm ladies datejust pink roman dial looked at for a particular scratch. I was greeted by Patricia and introduced to the store manager who quickly offered to have a closer look at my watch. He was able in to polish out the normal wear + tear and make it look brand new! (Shwweew for only being 8 months old!) Patricia let me view + try on the new releases. I found my next purchase! {
The client service goes above and beyond without being overbearing or cheeky. She is a sweetheart and definitely has an eye for picking out pieces in your style preference.
