I feel like i could have read the Bible in the amount of time I’ve been sitting in the drive thru line. As quality goes, Taco Bell food is more or less equal to the literary quality of the Bible. The same way in which a little vomit bubbles up after Taco Bell, a little intellectual vomit spews forth after reading from the Bible. The food at Taco Bell is extremely cheap, on the order of $ 1 for a burrito. Bibles are also cheap, since it’s all in the public domain and the material is worth less than the paper it’s printed on. Of course most bibles are sold for a lot more, because religion is big business. Finally, Taco Bell doesn’t actually represent real Tex-Mex, but emulates it fairly well. Taco Bell is so ubiquitous that I imagine it is free credited as the embodiment of Mexican food. The bible’s values emulate those of our society, but take it another step by taking all the credit! So essentially, Taco Bell is the Bible.

It’s hard to compare it to other chains but it’s a given — Service was speedy and pricing seemed low. No music was playing and that was eerie. More soon.
