Terrible customer service. I spent about an hour picking out several pieces. Tried on many different tops in various sizes. Asked the male fitting room attendant to keep the tops for me while I tried on a few more. He said he would put my tops behind the register. When I went to pay NONE of my tops were at the register. They had all been put back on the floor. Complete waste of time. Stay away.

Terrible customer service today at the Millenia Mall store. Went in to buy a dress I saw online. First sales clerk was very helpful and able to find my petite size in the back. Proceeded to enter empty fitting room when a different sales clerk asked me to wait, so I did, only to watch her escort another shopper (who had been in the middle of the store when she asked me to wait) walk past me and into to the empty fitting room. So I hung the dress BACK on the rack and walked OUT the door. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Niki really likes this store. She can find some nice clothes for work and fun casual clothing for everyday. The prices here are reasonable too.
