Worst Office Depot EVER! Terrible customer service. Staff has no clue to where anything is. Staff is neither friendly more nice. Every time I walk in there I feel like I’m bothering them. The printing section always has a line out the door.

Unilocaling is the only way for me to endure this place. I write as I become increasingly frustrated. It does help to know, however, there is a community of people that dislike this location as much as I do.
Im here because it is near.
Im here because I need things mandatory for my job.
I will need to make alternate plans.
The slowness and lack of customer concern is astounding.
Wow.

The reviews here are pretty spot on. Seems like the attitude that the workers here have is to stay away and be as useless for customer service as possible. Thankfully, everything has a sign or else I would have just walked straight out.

Clueless staff and slow as molasses. They are quick to answer «I don’t know» and quicker to run away…

I’m sorry there is nothing I can or am willing to do for you! This should be this stores motto.
I visited this store to purchase a desk and cradenza. They didn’t have it in stock and offered delivery at a cost on Tuesday. Not bad, I couldn’t pay to get it earlier which I couldn’t understand. They sent me to a store 45 minutes away. Picked it up, brought it home and it was destroyed, both pieces in two separate boxes. I went back to the original store. There I met Brain who seemed interested in providing service but turned out to be completely useless. He stated the rep the night before who I believe was the store manager should have offered us free delivery instead of going to another store. He said even though the boxes are often in good shape, the product inside is damaged.
I was surprised how much they didn’t seem to care about losing the sale. No wonder they keep closing stores.
Whats funny, the product with delivery was less on line. Especially if you go to another store.
