Such a frustrating place to get things done. Came by to have some rush banners made. I was told it could be done within 24 hours. I returned the next day only to be told the project was not complete and couldn’t be done for several days because they were out of the specific printing material. I asked to have the banners reprinted on whatever material they could as soon as possible. Once they agreed to do so I asked them to please call me and let me know once it was done. I never received a call, so I returned the next morning and the project hadn’t even been started. I asked them to please cancel the project and took my request to FedEx Kinko’s, who did a great job. Several days later I realize my credit card has been charged for the project. I called back and spoke with a manager to have the several hundred dollars for these banners refunded, only to learn that the refund process would take about seven phone calls and a little over a month. This place is definitely not worth the headache. Extremely unreliable, unresponsive, not good at communicating what they were doing or unable to do, not to mention that the staff was the farthest thing from friendly.

It might be because they’re under staffed but the customer service here sucks. Most of their employees doesn’t even acknowledge you until you’re already frustrated because you been waiting so long for someone to help you.

The copy and print center is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. My same day order turned out to be 3, may be 4 days turnaround time according to them. Never to order from them again. Just plain horrible service.

I went there today for a flash drive. I didn’t feel like walking around aimlessly and asked an associate behind the printing center and he walked me straight to the aisle. He let me know their special $ 10 for an 8G flash drive. Sweet deal!
