If you do not care about ever seeing your clothes again… this is the cleaners for you!!! I recently dropped off my clothing, only to have the new owner, Krishna, tell me that they were lost. I gave her over two weeks to find it. When I went back in, she informed me with a smile that it was«unfortunate for me» that my clothing had been lost. She said that she only had to pay 10 times the cleaning fee«by law,» which doesn’t cover much. After I informed her that I would write to our local papers, file a BBB complaint and take to FB, twitter and Unilocal… she said she still did not care. After I left, 30 minutes later she called and said she changed her mind and would pay me the cost of my clothing. I told her that I appreciated her reconsideration and that it was the right thing to do. I picked up the cash today. As I was expressing to her again my gratitude for her changing her position, she remained silent and never said a word. As I left the store, she called me back in from the parking lot and in front of two customers waiting, said to me, «I just wanted to let you know that you are never welcomed back here again.» Two things… is she high? Like I would ever WANT to have my garments LOST again. Two… this is a perfect example of someone wanting to get the last dig in needlessly. I mean, she KNEW she was in the wrong, or she wouldve never given my money back. Had she had an ounce of sense or integrity, she would have been professional instead of a snot. Because then THIS review would not be posted. I was happy to just get the cost of my clothing, and treated her with respect when she made the right decision. This girl has no business acumen and I would expect that unless someone with smarts and class comes in to teach her something, she will fail miserably.
