Pricey. Have to let you know that off the bat. If you like a good sandwich, they make it. Fresh cut meats and cheeses. My favorite is the giant #13 but if you get a chicken philly, be prepared or awesome!

Jersey Mike’s is a decent place to grab a meal and for a half way decent price. I’m not thrilled that it is up $ 1 from what I used to pay for a steak wrap and chips but the food is good and fills me up. I like the fresh mushrooms, peppers and onions. They also put plenty of cheese on it so the steak is smothered with a gooey concoction of veggies and meat. If you need to avoid breads, they offer the salad option. Basically every thing with out the bread put in to a bowl. It’s a nice option to have on the menu and you can get it made for all the other menu items and for a slight savings. I’ll continue to support them as long as they don’t raise the prices again.

I used to frequent this place because as a small business owner, I tend to seek out small businesses to give my money in support. My last visit to this restaurant was a total shock and I will never return. They advertise a call ahead order system to avoid long line waiting. So I called ahead. When I arrived to pick up my order. I was completely ignored while orders continued to be taken and rang up. this happened 3 times still without being agnoliged. so I left without my order. 2 hours later my phone rings and it’s Jersey Mikes saying I forgot my order. I explained what happened and was completely surprised at the defensive response from who turned out to be the owners son. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful the way it was handled. Never got an apology and was told it was my fault. Unbelievable! ! I opted to take the high road and hang up and not allow incompetence to upset me any further. Customer Service is lacking and it obviously starts at the top. avoid this place. Even Subway treats customers beter. PUBLIX Subs for me from now own. Where shopping is a pleasure. Your money, your choices.

Idk. Been there several times. Just not excited about it after going to firehouse. Last resort sun place for me although I will have to try a cheese steak and see was it super good.

If I’m getting a sub I am on my Jersey Mike app looking for the nearest location. The meat and ingrediants are so fresh, the bread(and even wraps that are my new go-to) and soft, and the staff is always so friendly. I can’t think of a time I went in a JM and didn’t leave with a smile. Oh, and join the club… Who doesn’t like free food from somewhere you go anyway?

The Big Kahuna is the best cheesesteak in the area. Always fresh, delicious, and huge. They don’t skimp out on the cheese! Staff is friendly and the place is clean.

I used to buy sandwiches for me and my family every Friday but started noticing they were adding less and less meat every week. I finally asked one of the servers why and he responded that they had new management and were ordered to count a certain amount of slices per sandwich. Being from Jersey and a former customer of the ORIGINAL Jersey Mike’s I know the sanwiches being served at the Lake Underhill store is NOT what the founder intended. Consequently, I stopped patronizing this particular store and hope they eventually revert back to the founder’ s vision of what a great sub should be. When you eat a sandwich and taste the bread more than the meat, something is definitely wrong…

Stopped by for Lunch. Had their famous Steak Sub. Order with everything that came with it. Sub looked great but lacked flavor. It was okay, I’d probably go back and order a different sub next time.

I come here frequently since I work in the same plaza, I usually order the big kuhana or club supreme mikes way. Can’t go wrong with that. Staff is friendly and food is better than subway for sure. I’m willing to pay the extra $ 2 – 3 for quality. They also have student discount that’s a plus :)

The closest thing to subs from NJ he says… not even close! Went to Lake Underhill location as other reviewers stated that other locations were skimping on the sandwich fillings. I could see when he was assembling this that things were pretty thin. Two paper thin layers of ham on a layer of cheese and tons of lettuce on thick bread. $ 11 for the whole sandwich? Seriously? Publix does a better job and actually puts some meat on the sandwich for a LOT less! I’m still looking for the GOOD sub shop that makes a hearty sandwich for a reasonable price. Seriously? $ 11 for a small loaf of bread and 50 cents worth of filling? What a rip! Jersey Mike’s…go back to NJ and stay there!

I don’t like subs most of the time but Jersey Mike’s recently«converted» me thanks to their«famous» roast beef sub and amazing service. The first time I went, I asked for suggestions and Rachel was the friendliest, most positive and helpful employee ever! SERVICE Great! Very friendly, quick and helpful staff! ENVIRONMENT Clean, bright, inviting. Pop or country music is usually playing. It’s a bit small and the tables can feel a little cramped but generally you’re not there for long. FOOD The cheese steak subs are what most people come here for and the Big Kahuna(cheese steak plus grilled mushrooms, jalapenos and extra cheese) is my husband’s favorite. My favorite is the roast beef which is sliced to order and SO good! You can order any sub«Mike’s Way» which basically means everything on it, including oil & vinegar & spices — YUM! Definitely recommend this! There’s also a sweet-spicy pepper relish that’s good on everything. I usually order it on the side so it’s not too overwhelming. The bread here is fresh baked, though they only offer white or wheat, and don’t have a toaster so don’t expect grilled or hot toasted bread… but when they have the parmesan rosemary bread, get it! And their wheat bread is really good… it is light and satisfying enough for those who prefer white bread. The only thing I would NOT order again is the chicken parm sub. It is GROSS. I don’t think they should even offer this sub if they’re not going to commit to making it delicious. The marinara sauce is bland and not that warm, the bread isn’t toasted and becomes soggy very quickly, the breading on the chicken is soggy and bland, and the chicken itself seems to be chicken«fingers» formed from pieces of white meat rather than actual whole chicken breast. It was really an abomination and honestly makes me a little queasy to think about it. I don’t think this is an issue with this location, but the overall chain… Overall, I still love this place for the amazing roast beef & Philly subs and will happily return for those!

Okay cheesesteak sandwich, but way to high a bun to meat ratio and cheese is too soft and gooey. I think I would be inclined to look elsewhere for a decent sandwich, like right next door.

I love Jersey Mikes and this was the first location in which I ever had one of their absolutely delicious chicken Philly sandwiches and now I crave it every time I come back into town. This location is always clean and I have always experience amazing service and food quality. I will keep coming back here every time I am in town for UCF games!

Liz Lemon of «30 Rock» fame very memorably once said, «All of human kind has one thing in common: The Sandwich. I believe that all anyone really wants in this life is to sit in peace and eat a sandwich.» I couldn’t agree more. Jersey Mike’s is pretty fantastic. I have a sandwich here just about every time I visit friends-o-mine in Orlando, and I’m never disappointed. The meats and cheeses are all freshly sliced. The bread is soft and crusty.(I wonder if it’s baked on site.) And the sandwiches are freaking HUGE. I remember once getting the largest Jersey Mike’s offers, and I was stuffed for the rest of the day. All for really reasonable prices. It’s the kind of sub shop that I wish more pervasively littered the culinary landscape. You’re really never disappointed. And it’s such a nice departure from the sub shop chains. Places like this make me want to drop everything I’m doing and open up a sub shop. And I really feel like I’d be a good sub shop owner. I’d give the sandwiches names after repeat customers or customers who order unusual sandwiches. I’d walk around in an apron that reads, «The Customer is Always WRONG.»(Everyone else remembers«Desperado,» right?) I’d let regulars open up tabs. I’d sponsor a little league baseball team. I’d do so much. But I digress.

Big fan of this place. I must say in the spirit of honesty I’ve only had three of their sandwiches here. 1. the Italian, 2. the daily special itialian and 3 the philly. the philly is NOT close to Briantos but Jersey Mikes is much closer to my office. Much closer. The two versions of an italian they have are rockin. I get everything but pickles on mine, the red cherry pepper sauce is soooo good. Its a damn good sandwich. Price is about a dollar or two steeper than I think it should be. I get a craving for that cherry pepper sauce though and I pony that extra two bucks up pretty fast.

When I get a sub at Jersey Mike’s, I enjoy it. The bread is good, the meat is nice and fresh, and the veggies are crisp and flavorful. Quick note — as I’m a fan of roast beef subs, that will be the basis of my comparison here. I get the appeal, I do. It’s better than Subway in about every conceivable way, with the exception of price. And price is really where Jersey Mike’s loses some points with me. That, and their cockamamie sandwich sizes. There are three sizes of sub to choose from. As best I can tell the middle size is the closest to a footlong although I think it actually measures in the 10 inch range somewhere. For the roast beef sub, this middle size costs about $ 7.50. For comparison, a 12″ roast beef at Subway is about $ 6 and a whole Publix roast beef sub(12″ or slightly more) will run $ 6.79. Make that Publix sub with Boar’s Head roast beef, and you’ll be right around that $ 7.50 mark. To Jersey Mike’s credit, they put more meat in their sub than Subway does. BUT it’s no more than you’d get at Publix, if it’s even that much. Quality wise, Jersey Mike’s roast beef is about as good as Publix roast beef, or a bit better. If you haven’t had some of these, then here’s a way for you to understand the comparison: if Jersey Mike’s roast beef(and Publix roast beef) is good enough to eat, then Subway roast beef is good enough to feed to the stray cat, and Boar’s Head roast beef is good enough to pray to. Bottom line? Drop the prices about $ 1 and I’ll love Jersey Mike(but in a friend way, not a creepy stalker way). Oh, and drop the combo prices too. Something like $ 2.50 extra for a 22-oz drink and chips? The combo at Publix is $ 1 or $ 1.50 and includes chips and a drink so big you could float a dinghy in it. For the best sub for your hard-earned money, get a Boar’s Head sub at Publix for the same money(or less if you get a combo) and end up with a better sandwich. PS — First time ever using cockamamie in a written sentence! Go me!

Let me begin this review by saying that I am not much of a sandwich or sub person… I prefer to indulge in salads or full on meals. However, when I do get that rare craving for a sub or sandwich I typically go for the fancier types such as panninis with fresh buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes with fresh basil grilled to perfection… you won’t find that type of thing here though. Jersey Mikes Subs is just like any other sub shop you’ve seen with the usual meat, cheese and veggie combinations shoved into a bread roll of sorts and then wrapped up in wax paper with the shops logo plastered all over. It’s really nothing special in my opinion. However, I will say their ingredients do look fresh which makes for a tasty sandwich… if you’re into that sort of thing that is. I will say that this sub shop does have a sort of charm to it that Subway often lacks. While it is a chain, it’s not nearly as large or spread out as Subway. The shop’s attendants are all friendly and the locals are an interesting brewed to observe. Their prices are average. If you’re looking for a meal that is affordable and filling… Jersey Mike’s is a winner on both ends. Overall, it’s okay… not a personal favorite, but it’s not their fault I’m not a fan of sandwiches.
