Charley’s Grilled Subs

Haven’t been to this location in years due to the poor customer service. There was only one associate running the show with 5 people waiting to get their orders, two other workers were doing nothing. When I asked to speak to a manager, it was this little girl who wasn’t lifting a finger while her employee was pulling all the weight. She said everyone was «working» and they had a shortage of food. A bunch of lip service, I didn’t get anything from her. Horrible horrible management!!! Haven’t returned since.

The cheese fries are amazingly good! I get the veggie sub and they grill the green peppers, mushrooms, onions and cheese and the toppings are lettuce, tomatoes, yellow peppers and olives. They have a frequent sub card so when you reach your 7^th sub you get your 8^th one free! I will be back :)

Two years have gone by since my last visit, and I thought I’d give them one more chance. It seems to have improved. It’s still not great, and you can certainly do better for less money at just about any sub shop in existence, but there was a bit more in my sandwich this time around. And there was working air conditioning.
You’ll still need to order a large sandwich if you want to be satisfied. And that will run you about $ 10, plus drink and fries cost extra. So in no way am I suggesting that you’ll get a good deal here. But I left full this time, whereas last time I left still hungry.

Great subs, fries and service!!!

I’ve been to this place a few times and every single time there is the same little prick cooking who never greets me. On my last visit this weekend, I asked for no onions on my sandwich, and he cooked it with onions. I ordered chicken fingers for my daughter which comes with a package of Oreos and watched as one of the girls dropped the pack of Oreos on the floor, and then picked it right up and placed it on top of my daughter’s basket of food. Really? Then when I requested that they make it over she looked at me like I was crazy. At any rate, I’m not going back to this place ever again. There are too many other restaurants in the shopping plaza that are much better…
If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would…

Wasn’t impressed by this place. The meat wasn’t juicy and not filling at all. liked the rasberry lemonade. the fries were okayy. id improve my rating if they fixed their meat. 2 stars for trying Charleys!
