Best Cleaners

I have been using this cleaners for about 1 year I spend about $ 100 per week. I dipped off a brand new pair of pants and when I picked them up one of the belt loops was torn, I let the lady /​owner manager know,
She tried to argue with me, I let her know it wasn’t something to discuss they clearly tore the belt loop and I asked for it to be fixed.
I picked up my dry cleaning and the pants were in a yellow bag still dirty and still a torn belt loop. This is really bad customer service for someone who spends about $ 400 a month for dry cleaning.
I will be more than happy to find a cleaners who appreciates their customers and offers better services.

This was the first and will be the last time to use this cleaners. Beware they will over charge you. I was charged 25.83 for two pants, two polo shirts and one t-​shirt. Way way over charged my wife picked them up and when she told me I called asked how much it cost for shirts was told 1.99 asked if manager was there was told yes then nothing I then said can I talk to the manager reply «oh then you have to call this number» I called spoke with a lady told her and she said let me look up your items then came back and said no it is right we charge 5 bucks for polo and t shirts. I said we you nuts I was trying you out for all of my cleaning and you have lost my business. They cater to I drive business travelers. So be WARNED at the very least get up front prices. On a side note one pants and the t-​shirt was only half pressed. As in top part of the shirt and bottom part of pants pressed.

Most rude and unfriendly! I had an simple emergency and the lady blew me off and was uninterested. I had never been there before and you would think she would have tried to gain me as a client but she could care less. Very disappointed and very displeased.

I had not gone here for a couple of years so I thought I would give them a try again…
I wasn’t thrilled about their turnaround time… It was a couple of days…
They lost one of my shirts for a day so I had to stop by twice to get all of my order.
They broke three buttons on one of my shirts. They were all the «reserve» buttons as luck would have it so I didn’t have to go back. The shirt is expensive though and I’m not real happy about not having any back up buttons. The quality of the cleaning itself was good. Most dry cleaners in Orlando are bad but I had to take this one off my list… Just too many negatives for a first visit. I found it funny that they have a bunch of «Quality Service» stickers on the front window of the store… It seems to me that whenever I see these types of stickers on a business it is usually a warning…

They clean my dress perfect. But customer services they never pick up the phone, they answer 2 or 3 after and they promise me one day and they extended for an extra week and they never call to let me know the dress was ready to pick up.

I’ve used best a few times recently and was very pleased with the results.
I had a few items dry cleaned and also had a pair of pants hemmed. The only way I could have been happier if they walked them over to my house me.

Horrible Experience.
After two times of utilizing their services, I have received overpriced, not friendly, «ok» service. This time just did it for me…
I went into their 5380 S. Kirkman location. After not having a good experience my first time, this was the only place that I could think of that will fold and box shirts. (As I am traveling).
Upon picking up my shirt, I was surprised, (but also not surprised, due to your track record) that my shirt came back not boxed. This is probably one of the most expensive cleaners I have gone to. If I wanted to simply get my shirt laundered and pressed, I could have gone anywhere… I had one job for you folks to do, its to fold and box my shirt, and that didn’t happen.
At this point, I refused to pay for the shirt and the clerk insisted that I did. She said she would give me a discount. The discount was 20 cents. SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Eventually, she referred me to send an e-​mail or contact you to dispute this. I sent my e-​mail, and here is my review.

My husband has been coming to this place for the last 4 years and I never had the need for dry cleaners, but now since I have been traveling a lot I really don’t have time to do laundry on those delicate work cloths. So I came the other day and was definitely pleased with the way the cloths came out and their service. Need to mention that I got 25% discount that my husband had received over his email. So if you decide to check this place out make sure to ask for the email subscription so that you can also get the sales that once in a while they have.

Best Cleaners always does a great job with my clothes. They also have a very efficient staff. Sheri is so friendly and pleasant — she always provides great customer service. They are also great at getting you in and out quickly in the morning. I also love that they recycle, including my hangers.

Had a wild and crazy birthday this weekend. One of my best pairs of dress pants were trashed. I was afraid they would never be the same again. I almost threw them out, but took them to Best Cleaners because I love this pair. For just under $ 6 they cleaned them up and they look perfect again!

I was in the midst of a 3-​week stretch of being on the road for work, and there’s no way you can pack enough clothes for three weeks. As I’m just fine paying for convenience I dropped off my laundry early on Monday morning with a request (and a guarantee) of same day pickup. When I went back to pick up my clothes that afternoon I was informed due to a driver snafu that the clothes wouldn’t be available until the following morning. Fortunately they opened at 7a, and my clothes were there that morning.
The clothes were clean, thus the two stars. But if you offer same day service then you need to deliver same day service.

Very friendly, efficient staff who almost always address me by name. Primarily use the locations in Celebration and Windermere. Have never had a bad experience here. They do good work and have been wonderful whenever I’ve done something knuckle-​headed like leave valuables in pants pockets. They’ve replaced missing buttons for me without my asking. Just really nice people.
An update to my previous review from 2008: They DO offer recycling in the store now. That was huge relief to me as I had begun feeling guilty about the amount of waste being generated with each visit.
