Chick-fil-A

Chikfila is the basically the only fast food restaurant I go to, because of its fresh tasting food and most of the time very good about cleanliness in compraison to other fast foods. However, this chikfila made my perspective make a 360 turn. The bread tasted as if it were days old, cleanliness in the dining area was ok very smelly, then I saw the floors in the back where the food is made. DISGUSTING. Knowing that my food had been made back there made me lose my apetite, I usually route for chikfila as a lunch option but this one is one I will not go again.

Just came from this location and had to write my experience. The employee that was cleaning the tables stopped her work and asked my friend and I how we were. Then she came back when we were leaving and asked if she could refill my drink. After refilling it, she so nicely said «enjoy your day ladies». Seriously amazing customer service. With all the hustle and bustle, she was so positive. The meal was beautiful and the location was so clean. Can always count on Chick-​fil-​a for the best service!!!

Everything I ordered was spot on perfect.
Chicken sandwich was fresh and too hot to eat as were the waffle fries. The cold slaw was cold and not too runny. Got what I paid for. Service counter tho busy was very efficient.
Their loo was not neglected.
I love the «people mover» concept for maximizing everyone’s time at multi-​register locations. It should be an easy rule to adopt for all similar businesses with waiting in line situations!

I loved going to Chick-​Fil-​A when it was inside Florida Mall. However, now that it’s gone from there, it’s good to know there’s another one right around the corner! Plus, it has a drive-​thru!
Sercice was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Food quality was great, as usual. Everything was handed to me rapidly and correctly (hate it when I get my order wrong (I’m talking about you, Taco Bell!))

I just wanted to write a review on the amazing service this chick fil a had. They were extremely polite and super attentive. The food was great like most chick fil a’s but the dining in service was better than a nice sit down restaurant. Great job!

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST. HANDS DOWN. BEST FAST FOOD CHAIN I EVER HAD!(although, Wendy’s will always have a special place in my heart, heh)
The bestie C* and I were driving back to Miami when we decided we HAD to stop at a Chick-​fil-​A otherwise our entire trip in Florida was for naught. Lo & behold — when we entered the restaurant and saw our options on the menu, we knew this place was gonna be good. (C* cannot resist waffle fries! NO MATTER WHAT)
I got the grilled chicken burger, an iced coffee & a yogurt parfait = THIS SH*T WAS SO GOOD! (best parfait I ever had from a fast food joint) actually, EVERYTHING WAS GOOD! *thumbs up*
C* got the Chick’N Mini’s as well as the amazing waffle fries (with TONS of their special sauce — the cashier girl was nice enough to give us about 12 – 15 packets of it which we then carried through Miami airport all the way to NY where we then stashed it in C’s fridge: D). Keep in mind, we actually got this FOR BREAKFAST. C* also got another burger she kept for the drive back down to Miami — which she devoured in a couple of minutes.
I think it’s safe to say, our entire trip got 10000x better because of this place.
So THANK YOU Chick-​fil-​A… We love you guys. :)

I don’t think there is anything that’s not positive that I can say about any chick-​fil-​a location, and this one is no different.

— Never (overtly) crowded, day or night
— Always greeted with a smile and a willingness to serve
I enjoy drinking their coffee anytime of the day and always wondered what made it so appealing to me. I learned this morning that it’s provided by a company called, THRIVE Farmers which has an interesting story as to how they began.

The location is located on a pretty busy intersection on S. OBT so be careful as you are entering and exiting.

Like all other Chick Fil A’s the food was delish! The employee was very nice and brought my food out to me. Also said «my pleasure» after everything I said thank you for. I had a very good experience at this location!

I love chickfila. I rarely have an issue. This was my first time at this one. Went through the drive thru to cash in my calendar reward for this month’s deal. Free salad. I also got their new grilled nuggets. Staff was friendly. I even got a mint and wet nap with my order. Food was what you would expect from chickfila. The grilled nuggets aren’t quite as good at the original but a good low calorie choice basically just cut up grilled chicken breast. Would go again if I was near it.

No major complaints. My boyfriend was determined to get some Chick-​fil-​A before we left Orlando so we made a stop before heading to security at the airport. This location has fast service, is clean and there are spots to charge your electronics.
The soda tasted kinda flat, but no plaints other than that.
I do like their chicken bites and the waffle fries :)

I wouldn’t normally take the time to rate a Chick-​fil-​a as we do all know how great the food is. Being slightly addicted even though I am not a big fan of fried food, I wanted to write this review strictly about this location out of the 10+ others in the central Florida area. The employees at this location are always professional and very polite, and VERY fast! Speediness is one area that some other locations much closer to me are lacking. I thought it was a little unusual given the bad name/​reputation of this area of town… which is the only reason I don’t come to this one more often. Consistently strong service here.

Love the food and is the best in fast food to me. The service is ALWAYS top notch. However, I dislike that they make all of their employees say «My pleasure» when you say thank you to them. It is not genuine. They should require the staff to respond to you but use any proper English reply to those words. With that said, Orlando has a VERY large gay community and they lost a lot of business by being rude to that community. I would grant 5 stars (in comparison to other fast food chains), but telling a whole community of people their money isn’t as green as everyone else is just bad marketing.
