So I was waiting on my son and I decided I wanted some breakfast. As I went through the drive thru I ask if they had chicken nuggets and to my surprise they DID!!! It was way before 11am and they had onion rings, although I was a bit sad they didnt have the onion ring zesty sauce. BUT everything was fresh and I was very happy with my breakfast.

Fresh food!(Which is why it takes a little longer) Super clean & friendly service. Great stop for a quick meal!

The staff was sneaky at 11:40pm on a certain night we went. They had told us that the«drive– thru» is open until midnight but when we got there at 11:40pm, they didn’t answer us when we spoke at the speaker, they didn’t answer our phone calls, and they did not respond when we honked even though we could see an individual inside. I realize they wanted to clean up the place and close by midnight, but there were two card of customers including us that therefore had to go elsewhere for a quick bite. Something to consider…

Quick service with friendly sraff. Neat work and seem to be very easy for a quick bite. Ice coffee seems to be better than Mc Donalds

day at location– 8/3/12_time around 3:30pm 2 of 5 stars voting for — bk of john young pkwy false advertisement vs staff communication inefficiencies. (service) their service was not the greatest and brightest given that there were about 2 – 3 customers in line, along with 2 – 3 cars for drive through. excited about the newly advertised sweet potato fries, and then was told that the sweet potato fries were discontinued. staff recognized that the poster of the product was still on the window with the listed date of the temporary product lasting until sometime in september. however, they could not explain why it was discontinued. perhaps she meant that they were sold out? staff also pointed to the signage on the window and admitted that it was false advertisement without my mentioning of that idea. i then ordered onion rings instead with another staff. questioned if the onion ring sauce was still available and was told that there was a .25 charge. really? when did that happen. there might have been a language barrier with this particular staff. i re-phrased my question, and she still noted that there was an extra charge with this sauce. between the slow service with the lobby that was not fully of people and confusing communication, it was really taking too much of my time for a fast food joint. time to peace out with a disappointed view with bk. went home and commented on my facebook, and it turned out that more people had similar experience!
