Bright Now! Dental

One of the best experiences I’ve had at any dentist, at any doctor really.
I’ve never had a staff care about me so much personally, like, literally have personal worry for me and the pain I was feeling (I had to get a lot of work done) it sounds cheesy, but when I was in pain, they were in pain. It couldn’t be helped, it was an infected tooth, and the experience would have been intense no matter what dentist I went to (especially since I refused to be put under… I know I’m crazy)
Anyway, I can’t say enough good things about this place. All the cheesy posters they have about restoring your teeth and getting you to smile again without being embarrassed, I promise, I rolled my eyes at them in the past. And I had some messed up teeth. But after the experience those posters are anything but false advertising. It’s the tooth. (Lol sorry…)
Anyway, I actually CAN smile again without being embarrassed. And they found a way to get it done on my limited budget. Again, dental work is expensive no matter where you go but these guys at Bright Now! really have your best interests at heart.
One thing I will note is to not be put off by the fact that these guys serve all kinds of clientele. From the privileged to the middle class to the guy who looks like he could be homeless (it is at the corner of Sand Lake and OBT after all) but I guess my point is, don’t judge books by their cover. This is a dentist for literally everybody and the doctors, the assistants, the managers all work their asses off and you can see it in their work. This is the most cost effective, consistent dentist you’ve been looking for all these years. At least, it’s the one I was looking for.

Always receive great, competent service from all staff. What you can expect to pay after insurance, all procedures etc. explained in detail. Luis has been my dental hygienist since I started coming here over 2 yrs ago. He is always upbeat, friendly and on the ball, even if very busy with multiple patients, helping others in the office, etc. Reception also never disappoints either. Procedures have always gone well w/​no issues. They keep my 10,000 wat smile lit up :)

This office is ok. They don’t offer a lot in the way of fillings so now I have to look for something else. The front desk girl was nice but then I was told I had to wait for them to finish the morning meeting when my appointment was at 8am. So by 8:15 they were ready to see me. It was sort of a frustrating appointment. I only wanted my teeth cleaned and only after leaving did I realize they didn’t even floss my teeth. WTF? I usually get yelled at by dentist for this. Now I have to look for another dentist that will give me the kind of filling I want.
