This office is outstanding. The staff is so helpful and Dr Marcano has the latest equipment as well. On one occasion I felt I was overcharged, but they assured the amount would be adjusted once the eob came back from the insurance. Sure enough, I had a credit in my account that allowed me to get a zoom treatment for very little. If you dont already know, Dr Marcano has the best prices on Zoom! Its around $ 100 or $ 125, compared to $ 400 at some other places. I have been using Dr Marcano for about 5 years. 5 stars. I cant believe other reviewers are complaining because they overheard Doc saying his prices are perhaps too low, or no profit. Dr has a business to run. Where else can you get Zoom treatments and cosmetic quality within the parameters of what archaic insurance permits. DR Marcano is N2O certified, so he can adminsiter nitirous if you need for fear of shots or any major work. He can show you an image of your tooth and decay. I have had other dentists complement his work when getting implants. He is somewhat of a perfectionist as far as cavities go, so be prepared if you dont have good habits. He doesn’t allow stuff to slide or go. My former dentist didnt want to mess with the backs of my rear molars, Im assuming bc its too hard to access. But, Dr Marcano jumped right in. Go here is you want the best!

Dr. Marcano and his friendly staff always have the latest dental equipment to make the experience pain free and quick. Reading the other reviews, it sounds like the the other users are naïve. If the doctor recommends something to you, then you should ask about the costs and if it is necessary.
He has always been fair with me and everyone that I have referred to him and that’s over a period of 8 years. He has never tried to price gouge or recommend anything that wasn’t necessary.
I will continue to visit his office and recommend you give him a try too.

This «doctor» does not know what he is doing and will overcharge you for procedures you don’t need. Beware! All he cares about is money. I over heard him talking about how much the office was making and he made a comment about not making enough «retail» profit. So unprofessional!
