Safiya Dafiya

Really good, gourmet, fresh, delicious hummus, with a variety to choose from! The menu changes so make sure to get on the mailing list. They make really good tabbouleh salad also. The best part of all is that they deliver! My favorite is the jalepeno cilantro. The greek goddess and the sachira is good also. I want to try them all!

I just received my first order of hummus from Safiya Dafiya and it is delightful. I ordered a sampler set and also received some tabouli along with my order.
The Coconut curry was hands down the office favorite. The sample was gone instantly. Our second favorite was was the Spicy Sririacha, followed by the Balsamic and Sea Salt, then the Garlic, then cilantro jalepeno (needs a bit more kick) and on and on. The Lemon Pepper flavor packed a surprisingly big bite.
As an added bonus we got a free sample of the Pumpkin Pie flavor and who knew that hummus could be sweet? It tasted exactly like pumpkin pie. Yum!
The tabouli is full flavored and tasty, tasty.
I DEFINITELY recommend Safiya Dafiya and am looking forward to the future flavor creations the owner comes up with.

I was never a hummus lover, but Safiya Dafiya turned my taste buds upside down!
This home made «with love» hummus is SO delish. The flavors are absolutely tantalizing! I truly cannot get enough of all the fresh hummus or «houmous», that is made fresh each time I order it.
I have tried the Garlic, Black Fig, Wasabi, and Jalapeño.
And if you think they are the same as a store bought hummus platter, you are so wrong … this is nothing compared to it. And at $ 5-​$ 6 for one order, there is no going wrong.
I find that it’s a great way to eat healthy because even a few scoops of hummus with some crackers or pita bread will fill you up quick.
I’ve stopped bringing oily lunches and replaced it with a small tuperware of Garlic Hummus, a few pieces of pita bread or Trisket crackers, and a handfull of grapes … perfect!
Those people who think this hummus will have that «grainy» texture … be prepared to be surprised… because it’s NOT! lol.
OMG and let’s not exclude her new flavor … GREEN GODDESS … it is seriously a big OH EMMM GEEEE … probably one of the best flavors out there ! the owner makes up so many different flavors each week that I can’t keep up… but don’t think that it is limited to what she picks. you can suggest a flavor too! Supermarkets don’t do that for you DO they! haha.
I know I’ll be ordering this when my family parties start happening!
