I have never updated a review to a poorer one due to the managers comments. Bonnie’s’ asinine response to my DECENT FACTUAL review irritated me beyond belief. Bonnie read other manager responses. Yours stinks. Every time I have received an manager review I have updated my review in a more positive light because the effort is appreciated. Not this time. I stand by my original review: the place hasn’t been remodeled since 1985. The salmon colored wall paper is hideous and its overall not very crystally AT ALL! The staff gave good service, I would never disparage a good employee, but come on, this venue is not that nice. I wouldnt have an event here, despite the charm of old town, bleh.
