Horrible customer service. A simple return due to their mistake. Turned into a nightmare. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

When meeting the family that owns this small establishment you learn two things. The first thing is that they take pride in their business that they obviously put all their efforts into. Usually you can go into a business and see if the owner truly cares, and this place has always gone above and beyond to succeed in doing their best. Secondly, they love their customers! They are probably the friendliest shop owners I know. They always welcome and say goodbye to customers with a smile. I’m a regular and I love feeling like I can go into a store and they recognize me as a loyal customer. They truly care and enjoy getting to know their customers that support them so much.
Dollar smart might be a decent sized store but they always have just about everything you need. Every aisle is completely organized just to make your shopping experience easier. School supplies, birthday balloons, kitchen utensils, bathroom products, you name it and they got the essentials. I’m confident enough to say they are the best dollar store in Orange. Everyone who walks in for the first time leaves as a soon to be regular. This place overall is nothing less that excellent.
