Great if you’re in the mood for healthy delicious food! Order the shrimp veggie bowl, teriyaki grilled shrimp over rice and veggies. You can ask for veggies only no rice, or brown rice. Service is fast too.

Both times that I’ve went there for lunch most of it was rice and I ask no onion so they top it off with onion, cook started picking onion off my bowl instead of making me a new bowl, will not go there again

The only reason I’m giving them 2 start is because ever since they changed cooks they put less meat… the bowl is all rice

Always a great place for a quick lunch time meal. I’ve been to many different locations and they all seem pretty much the same. Chicken plates are always my favorite. Lots of extra condiments and sauces you can add as we’ll. I’ll be back soon!

I’ve visited this location due to it’s proximity to the Airport, they’re pretty busy around lunchtime so you’re better off calling ahead to order your food, i got sick due to food poisoning because the chicken was not properly prepared, sometimes they just can’t keep up so be careful, they’ll do quantity over quality to keep up with the demand, although I still go to other waba grill stores, this one I’ll never go back to again.

Update: I do appreciate the message from corporate apologizing for my recent experiences. Like I said before, the food is great, the location is a little dirty and dull, but the customer service needs a lot of work.

So far this is the only Waba I have been to. This location is in an industrial area, inside of an industrial park. The décor and appearance is OK, nothing special, in fact very bland and sparse. The customer service is satisfactory. The food is good, especially compared to other terriyaki bowl places. I like that there is no hormones in their meat. I like that they offer brown rice. I sometime go here for lunch, have not had a bad experiance.

The food is good, usually go there when im in a healthy food state of mind… i use to work around the corner from here and would go there at least once a week. Service is good, food is good, large quanity and prices are not bad at all… only downfall is you cant really eat inside, i feel like its a lil too warm inside, usually take my food to go and eat it back at the office. but overall Yummy Food.

The Waba on 4th st & Haven is much better then this location. The food here never tastes as fresh. It seems that every time I’m in this location they are mopping the floor — and I have to smell this… does not make sense. The location on Haven/4th street is modern, open late, clean, with no mop bucket in your face. You will enjoy it much better then this location.

After going to several Waba Grill locations, I stopped by this one on Milliken because I was in the Ontario area. First off, I noticed that this location was quite busy, but the service was incredibly fast(probably the fastest out of all the Waba Grills I’ve been to) and they also gave very generous portions. I’m a big guy and can eat a lot so considering that I could barely finish a half&half bowl and felt very content is a sign that this place knows how to give good portions. Their location seems more intended to cater to the Ontario businesses because of their location and hours, but if you’re ever in the area I would definitely choose to go here rather than the one on Haven.

I love waba grill but this location sucks. The food is always dry, its usually super busy, its small and it closes early. Drive down to the one on 4th and Heaven. It’s worth the few extra minutes.

Definitely my favorite alternative to fatty fast food. Clean food without any additives. I opted for a Salmon bowl with rice and added boiled veggies $ 7.99. My friend warned me that they put a large amount of green onions so don’t forget to say«easy» or «none» if you don’t like that flavor. More than enough food for lunch. Fish was tasty, and I asked for it plain, though they usually brush it with teriyaki sauce(as with all the meats). Veggies were the usual frozen flavor and texture: Broccoli, sliced carrrots and cauliflower. My friends had a chicken teriyaki bowl(she didn’t finish it) and the other a teriyaki beef plate(with a small salad and cantaloupe-2 sml pcs), which he didn’t finish either. They have fountain sodas available(pay) or cups for water(free). There’s a small sauce bar with teriyaki and a buffalo sauce(so spicy!) you can pump into to go ramekins. The famous rooster hot sauce is readily available by the bottle(my fave). The restaurant is designed for in-n-out eating, and currently there is construction going on so use the entrances on the side of the restaurant(side closest to the emergency exit door). I recommend this to the people that are tired of the burgers ‘n fries-fast food frenzy.

Value, Healthy(somewhat), and full of flavor!!! Located on the corner of Millken and Lowell, this unassuming whole in the wall is always packed. Don’t worry to much about it, they are really fast. Beef, Chicken, and even salmon are your selection. I generally order the Chicken bowl and that’s more than enough for me. Brown rice is also available for an additional charge. Good flavor and decent pricing.

I’m sure they cook the meat with crack… it’s so addictive. The food is somewhere along the lines of a «Flame Broiler» and Ontario being a land of «trucker food» this is one of the few places that at least has the illusion of healthy food. Nicely grilled beef/chicken or salmon on either white rice or bland veggies(I’ve never encountered a teriyaki place that showed respect for cooking vegetables. When you boil broccoli and carrots with cabbage… it all tastes like cabbage.) They top it all off with freshly chopped green onions, and if you let them drizzle on the teriyaki sauce… they will squirt out a bucket of it! It you’re watching your calorie intake, ask for«no sauce» so you can go to the condiment counter and control the amount your dish has.

i work only a few minutes away, so this my «i don’t have time get something new but i need to eat lunch» place. Its good for what it is, Teriyaki bowl lunch restaurant. If you have an extra buck, the best combo is the half and half with avocado bowl. the meat is good, the rice is perfect and add a little of their hot sauce and everything taste better. Its not a place i would drive across town for but i do go their aleast 2 times a week . It would get 5 stars: if the place inside was alittle nicer. it very boring and generic. A stronger AC if they add some thing New to the menu once in a while, that would be great. They serve three types of bowls/plates/salad.(which are basically the same just serve differently) I guess its the In-N-Out for Teriyaki Bowls. Its good for what they do and don’t want to screw things up with other stuff? But if In-N-Out did serve something else it would be probably good too.

I’ve passed trough this place so many times now but its the first time i’ve been here… Its a chain so I didn’t expect too much but to my surprise i liked it so much! So i order half an half rice bowl which is chicken and steak their teriyaki sauce is the highlight of the whole dish… the steak was tender and chicken wasn’t over cooked and still moist… they got an area where you can get some more teriyaki sauce and hot sauce if you want… and the price for my lunch is only 7 bucks! 5 bucks for the bowl and 2 for the soda… mmm… now it made me think of eating out more… i would definitely go back and the other good thing is its less than 5 minutes away from my work!
