Starbucks

This Starbucks does not even deserve a one star. I’ve been here several times now after leaving the gym to get a refresher, tea or a basic breakfast sandwich and every time they have been out of at least one of the items if not both… This is my 5^th time trying to stop here, guess what not breakfast sandwiches and only one refresher choice… Not on of their popular tasty ones ether. Don’t waste your time coming here better luck going east one street and stopping at the one On Archibald.

Used drive thru pretty quick. Went early in the morning and got a venti café americano and banana bread. I asked for lemon loaf bread but they did not have anyat 6am. I thought they would have but guess not.

They know my name, a plus. My drink almost beats me paying for it. Great service. Enough seats to almost always get one. Absolutely love Morgan, Katy and Anthony who let me tease them. I stop at several Starbuck’s and like them all but this one best. Oh, and appreciate the blueberries with yogurt, great snack. Lots of parking and the outdoor area is on the east side, away from hot afternoon sun, and with shade (overhang protects). When weather permits sitting outdoors, it is very comfortable. Did I mention efficient, fast service by very nice, beautiful people.

Slowest Starbucks EVER!!! The girl in the drive thru had ZERO sense of urgency! When I finally got to the window she just gave me a blank stare didn’t say a word. Wow avoid this place if you can or if you’re in a hurry

The wait is always way to long for the amount of cars/​customers and they are often out of so many items. Sadly this is the closest location to my work so I still come here occasionally but regret it every time I sit in their drive thru for 20 minutes.

This location sells the new Evolution Fresh Smoothie! I’ve been to many locations and none of them sell it. I was told that only Starbucks inside Target and Vons offer it for now, but for some reason this location offers it too.
The smoothie comes in venti size and they use the Evolution Fresh Cold-​Pressed Juice to make it. After they finish making the drink they’ll give you both the smoothie and what’s left of the juice. The total was around $ 6ish but I think it’s definitely worth it.
Service has been nice and prompt the times I visited. This location is less crowded than the Archibald one down an exit, which the wait can get ridiculously long even during non rush hour. Though if you’re going to sit in then the Archibald one would probably be better as it is bigger. But if you’re just going to grab and go or drive-​through, I definitely recommend this location.

Love this location! Good customer service. Everyone is always nice and polite. I get spoiled every now and then by the Baristas lol

I wish I can give zero stars. We went at midnight to get some Frappuccinos, the guy that took our order was so rude. The computers weren’t working, so they had to give us the drinks for free. We didn’t have change, so we couldn’t break the bill to tip. I always tip every where we go but this bartisa yells out the window no tip. How embarrassing that was. Little did he know we were actually going to go get change at the gas station. I will never be going here again.

This place is my Starbucks! I drive out of my way just to get my daily mocha frapp from this location. The staff is awesome. The drinks are totally on point. I wish the drive thru moved faster but wouldn’t want to sacrifice quality over speed!!!

This Starbucks is part of a larger center with soooooo much available parking.
The line to order is not too long.
There are plenty of spaces to sit down.
They have drive through service.

Yikes!!! Experienced the most lousy service through the drive-​thru today. I’ve been here on several occasions in the recent past; however today they were a little comfortable on the lazy front.

Hands down best Starbucks I’ve been to. I usually always rush through the drive thru on my way to work in the afternoon, the staff is amazing & their quick & they always remember my daughter it definitely makes my day! My 2 year old even enjoys stopping by & when I don’t have her their always asking for her have yet to come by another Starbucks employees as amazing as them keep up the good work guys

I’m not a real big coffee drinker but when I do drink coffee I come to Starbucks. This particular location always has me waiting a minimum of 15 minutes which i think is ridiculous. I came here at 5:30 a.m. 2 days ago and my weight was 15 minutes and the people just don’t seem to care very disappointing. Looks like I’m going to have to just take a different route and go to a different Starbucks because 4 out of 5 times I’ve waited ridiculously long times. It probably seems as though if I’m complaining, however I think 15 minutes is a long wait when there are only two cars in front of you and no one in the parking lot

Place is sooooo awesome! Staff is absolutely amazing Dan & Kaeem… were so nice, energetic and definitely paying it forward. They were hot but with great hearts. Thanks guys for making me and my daughter’s day. Merry Christmas and keeping doing and being who you are. A+

I’ve always been a fan of Starbucks. When I would be out on errands or at school, I’d stop by the nearest one. Now, my boyfriend and I only come to THIS Starbucks. Everyone is so nice and I sincerely enjoy stopping by to get my drink and talk with my baristas. I always talk up this specific location to my coworkers and friends and always will! We love you guys!

Quick stop for a blended java chip mocha the other day.
Service was fine, a bit slow.
The store clean and well kept, enough seating.
Didn’t love how it tasted, way too much syrup, the quality is just not there compared to other coffee chains.
Will do in a pinch, not worth going out of my way to come back to, I would much rather support local businesses and spend $ 5 on quality coffee instead of just sugar.

So today found some «stuff» in my drink at Starbucks… All I ordered was a peach green tea lemonade and I found little pink stuff at the bottom when I got home… Yea there goes my Starbucks experience! Disgusting. Check your drinks before you leave!

All the Starbucks I’ve been to are consistent… this one is no different. I always frequent the drive thru and never have I had to wait. Plus it seems they are a little slower than the drive thru location on Central & Philadelphia so they’ll have more stuff in stock. Like when I was hunting down those reusable cups for my «coffee» during tailgating at Angel stadium, I found them here… so I’ll continue to use this location if I’m on this side of town.

Let me start by saying I’m a «black coffee» kind of guy, so I love it when I go to a Starbucks, order my Venti «drip» and get it served to me before I’m even done paying. That was my experience at this Starbucks.
No offense to all you other Starbucks drinkers our there whose coffee order sounds like a short novel when ordering, but us straight coffee drinkers SHOULD get priority… get us in, get us out; it’s crucial to our existence (if you don’t drink black coffee, you’ll never understand). Lol.
Anyway, this place was BUSY (drive-​thru and inside) at 6:00 a.m. I figure it must be because the Kaiser Permanente Hospital and Medical Offices are up the street. They know to have plenty of staff on hand that early in the morning, and I saw drinks flying off the counter in the short time I was in line.
The place is really clean and I like the décor (sturdy wood tables, a few leather couches and seats). I also like that some of the employees were festive (I stopped in around Christmas and two of the employees were wearing «ugly sweaters» and another was wearing a Santa cap).

Fast and friendly staff. Quiet atmosphere on a Tuesday night when I’m mentally drained. Perfect place to sit down, enjoy an iced black tea and a ice cream cone from dairy queen.
Vineyard is not a busy street past 8pm. Perfect spot to relax.
