Don’t like the new Manager. He refused to give me a free refill from Ice Coffee to Ice Tea. Starbucks website clearly states free refills for Gold members, even if changing drink like I did. Manager charged me full price on my refill. When I got gome I called customer service to confirm if I was able to switch drinks on a refill and I was right. On my next visit I talked to Manager, received a free drink but no apology. Also, tables are always dirty and employees do not have name tags.

They have definitely gotten better with the customer service. They are so friendly now and I actually like coming here for my drinks now. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because they always take a very long time to get your order, even mobile orders take a while. Other than that everything has improved!

This is my MuthaLovin Store! Sarah is the homie. My babes & I drive-thru regularly(every morning) My poor boyfriend has to support this addiction. I could go to other locations but this is definitely my favorite. I don’t know everyone’s name but I recognize them all by face there & they know me & my family too :-) Its usually busy but they are efficient & work productively together. I really have No clue what all the bad reviews are about, that’s too bad. This store has a FANTASTICCREW of people. I haven’t experienced the long wait times but here & there & that is bound to happen.

You could see the displeasure of being busy on the employees face. Not even calling out the names when the coffee/food is ready. Act like you want to be there!

Worst Starbuck I’ve ever been too! It took a half hour for our order which consisted of a water, an iced black tea an iced latte, 2 cake pops, a breakfast sandwhich, and a scone. I understand it’s kind of a big order, but the water and tea they just put in a cup and 2 of the 3 food items require them putting them in a bag. What took the longest was the cake pops!!! 30 minutes for cake pops. It literally took my husband requesting them 5 times before they put them in a bag and handed them to us. We would of left but my daughter won her basketball game and wanted cake pops more than anything. To top it all off they acted like we were an inconvenience to them by requesting our order. They also send out things very peicemeal, and don’t even use the names you give them so who know what goes to whom. It’s ridiculous.

I’m only giving this Starbucks three stars because it’s walking distance from where I live. There’s no way possible I would ever want this place to disappear. The service is not at all that great but their internet is always reliable. It makes the place tolerable. What is absolutely inexcusable is how dirty the tables are! Make sure you keep an eye out for where you rest your arms, where you set your belongings especially your laptop if you bring it in. No one cleans up and what is really weird is they don’t offer coasters. It is really dirty.

I go to Starbucks all the time. I decided to place an order over the phone since this is the only Starbucks near me that was open. First off, the guy on the phone was rude and when we picked up the order the girl was also rude and I orders 4 drinks and a breakfast sandwich. 3 out of the 4 drinks were wrong. They were made sloppy and the breakfast sandwich wasn’t the correct one. Worst service I’ve ever got from Starbucks.

I drive threw just about every morning… 1am– 5:30am Most of the staff already know my order. They are always helpful. I never have had a problem with my drink. They are fast. The early morning staff is amazing.

Not the best Starbucks around… no matter the time of day, early morning or after noon; I have to wait at least 20 minutes just to get a drink. After waiting those 20 minutes most of the time something is wrong with my drink. This Starbucks definitely needs to work on their speed and accuracy. From now on I’ll take my money to another Starbucks until this one gets their act together. I know I’m not the only one that thinks this. Please fit these issues. This is the closest Starbucks!

This Starbucks needs to work on their customer service. After waiting 20 minutes in line for them to make a terrible vanilla latte, and not realizing u till we got home, to waiting in another 20 min line only for them to remake it. Is it me or does their lack of making it right the first time, or the complete inconvenience on our behalf, seem wrong? I would think they would offer something to us for our trouble and waste of our time ! I guess I won’t be coming to the Starbucks every day anymore. Good thing there is another store close by!

3.5 stars for the slow service. They seem to always be understaffed & because they’re understaffed some of my drinks have been ‘meh’. BUT, the workers here are really nice. I love this location because of the ample seating, lighting, and logistics. This is my primary study spot and it’s so perfect! They have huge tables, lots of comfy couches, a bar, and multiple outlets. I would never Unilocal such a major chain but because this location is so well designed, I thought it deserved one.

I usually come here during my lunch time. Which is at 230pm to my advantage its the best time to come in the drive thru. No wait time, and i completely love it… i mean you’re craving either coffee or tea, you don’t want to wait 20 minutes for your drink. They have mess up my order several times, i said easy ice i get the opposite, i order lemonade iced tea with strawberries i get no strawberries… lol you know simple mistakes that i dont say clearly lol

So I guess not all Starbucks are created equal. The only thing this one has going for it is its location(off the freeway) and its drive thru. But the barista/cashier/order taker wasn’t cordial in the slightest. Their iced coffee tasted acrid. And I’m new to this city/driving through but is this cow shit smell normal?! My god.

Horrible customer service! I ordered a simple black coffee in the drive thru and they gave me one with caramel syrup. No big deal, mistakes happen, so I walked inside and let them know about it. The guy apologized and I heard him tell the girl making drinks to fix my order. He said it would be coming right up. I took a seat and waited for 10 minutes while I watched the girl making drinks AND the one taking orders in the drive thru chit chatting with their friend sitting at one of the tables. I stood up and walked to the girl making drinks and she had the nerve to say«oh what were you waiting for? Omg I was wondering why you were sitting there!» Are you kidding me??? I heard and saw them tell you to fix my drink. How hard is it to pour black coffee? And she didn’t even apologize for making me wait. They need to train staff to do their jobs instead of talking to friends during work hours then maybe they would be able to get a simple order right. Save yourself the headache and drive a little further to a better starbucks location.

Why yesssss I would like some tea with my ice –___– Ordered a venti black tea lemonade and was handed a grande. I let the barista know and in less than 20 seconds I got my venti and im pretty sure they just poured what was made into a venti cup and added ice because I’m not even downing my drink and I have over half a cup of ice. Are you that lazy to fix it? Didn’t even apologize. The guy even repeated my drink order as a venti. Now I know if they ever mess up your drink, just take it or else they’ll just give you more ice.
