I’ve been to this location tons of times because it’s very close to my home and I should’ve done this review a long time ago. This location is the BEST Starbucks I’ve EVER been to! Consistently amazing customer service and quality beverages. I always have a pleasant experience when I come to this location. The employees are so friendly and helpful I feel like I’m in a dream because good customer service is so hard to come by these days, and my usual Starbucks experiences at other locations have not always been pleasant.
I am so thankful for this location! It is clean and I have not met an employee who wasn’t friendly or helpful. Sometimes I have trouble using my Starbucks app because I’m not that tech savvy and they help me. Sometimes I have issues with ordering or describing what I want and they always help me out and nail it!
Thanks for doing what you do! Keep up the great work!

This location is great. Friendly staff and excellent coffee everytime I go there. Seems more consistent quality than others nearby. Coffee never tastes burned or old. My favorite location.

Even though I like Starbucks a lot, I’m giving them a one (1) star. Allow me to explain why: It’s late, we (my hubby & I) are tire coming home from work (we commute — long drive). So we decided to stop at Starbucks right before we get home to get our favorite Peach Green Teas. I ordered two Trentas Peach green teas and the Barista tells me that they are not serving Peach green tea anymore for the rest of the night. That they only have one bottle left and they are not allow to open it until tomorrow. To me, that sounds ridiculous, I’m a paying customer and all I wanted was Peach green teas… horrible customer service!!!

Lots of space to work. Baristas are friendly at this one. Nice views. Worth going out of my way for. Way better than the Central location.

Great location. Coffee comes out really tasty and on point from this location. Staff is super friendly! All Starbucks should take notes from this location. The manager is obviously good if the staff is so good. Reserve coffee location so you can get special premium coffee that the other locations don’t have. They also have a special coffee machine called the leaf that brews so delicious coffee. I highly recommend this location.

This location is Awesome! I will go out of my way to make sure I get my drinks from this crew! We usually order (4) different drinks every time we visit and with mine being a special blend which everyone else seems to mess up this location gets it right EVERY time!!! As far as some of the reviews about the flies is unfair to judge since that was a relatively small time frame and the store just opened and the flies are bad anywhere you went in that area because of the time of year and that there are a number of dairy farms n other farmers across the road. Once the flies were a problem and since they had just opened they acted and rectified that issue and was good after that. I want to thank the Awesome dedicated team as follows: *Taylor* — *Laura* — *Marissa* — «Morgan» — *Travis* — *Andrew* & *The rest of the Team* — for making my local neighborhood Starbucks one of the best locations I’ve had in over 4 years!
I would recommend that you experience this awesome crew and I’m sure you will feel like your visiting with friends and become one of the regulars too. Hope you do and we hope to see you there some day.

The nicest young ladies ever. I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the other girl but she and Mckenzie were very pleasant and helpful. The other girl which could’ve been a shift manager made it a point to see that my daughter and myself were satisfied customers. I commend them for great customer service.

The location is nice and clean. But I much rather prefer the guys to take my orders and make them. My drinks come out so much better when they make them instead of the girls. I’ve been in there a few times now and the female employees are not very nice. Maybe a little bit more training in customer service.

The worst Starbucks in the area. Extremely slow drive through and whether I go inside or outside the drinks are pretty crappily made. Maybe cuz they’re new. I’ll avoid at all costs from now on.

Just took my first sip of the Grande wet cappuccino I ordered via drive thru. WRONG DRINK. Got a grande coffee with sweetener. Too far to drive back.

I went in the drive thru around 9pm for a venti passion iced tea. The guy at the window was rude and gave me an attitude. When I got my drink the cup was filled to top with ice and there was barely any tea in it. I would give zero stars to this Starbucks if I could.

I’m loving this new starbucks location, did I mention they have a clover machine??? they gave me a sample of espresso roast last night from the clover, and let me tell you… i’m not a black coffee drinker, I use cream and sugar, but the coffee tasted so good, I had no problems drinking it black, in fact it tasted so smooth, the flavor of the coffee was all I needed! the partners are amazing, so nice and helpful!

No more flies! This Starbucks is now, in my opinion the perfect place to study. It has plenty of seating, outlets, and comfortable furniture. The coffee we got was brewed perfectly. The store is kept clean. It has my vote for the most improved award! :)
Previous review: Flies, flies and more flies. We didn’t stay long enough to buy a drink unfortunately because of the numerous flies that were inside. Other folks weren’t too bothered by it and stayed inside just to hang out. And there is good potential for it to be a hangout spot, since it’s a pretty large store with a lot of furniture and floor space. We are hoping something will be done to keep the bugs out, maybe putting in a stronger doorway fan or, heck, even a collection of fly swatters – each man for himself! There is enough potential for this drive thru study spot for us to come back. We’ll keep you posted if anything changes!

So happy this location opened up! So close to home and on my way work! They are so fast and make my drink to perfection!

If you like FLIES with your frappuchino, this new Starbucks in Chino is for you. The place is crawling with those little buggers due to the proximity of the few remaining dairies left in the area. This is NOT a good place to sit down, relax and enjoy your drink because of the insect problem. They need to install a better fan over the door. I won’t be going back to this location.

This location is new and empty so far. Chaffey college campus is near so it should get popular fast. Large outdoor seating area and not a lot of seating inside. Decent amount of outlets but nothing on the floor. They’re not using the powermat yet either. There is a drive thru though which is the most awesome, lots of parking and nice and clean. Lots of surrounding places to eat. Will def be back

Seriously sooooo disappointed! I was very excited to check this place out since I live down the street. I went the second day they opened and this place is filthy! Floor and glass was really dirty and dusty. There are flies everywhere!!! There was trash on the floor. The place looked like a run down Starbucks that has been opened for years not 2 days. New management needed.
Service was bad but that could be because there are new employees. But my drink was good.
I expect Starbucks to be clean home away from home not a dump.

Wow! I feel like I’ve been waiting forever for this location to open! And now that it has, it was worth the wait. Cute café area, nice patio, and some of my favorite baristas from Starbucks stores near and far. I hear buzz that its official opening is August 14^th but they are open for business now, so no need to wait. I think you’ll love this location!
